Description of Work: I was anticipating a thorough cleaning and professional sealing of my granite. They were in and out in an hour (neither part of the process can be done well in an hour) and they sprayed sealer all over the floors including my wood floors. Will not use them again.

Description of Work: When I purchased the service, they asked for a preference of two service dates. I filled that out but to date I have not heard anything from them, that was a month ago. It's hard to rate a company that doesn't respond but does take the money up front!

Description of Work: Came to clean tile and recolor grout. However, on arrival and seeing age and condition of my floor, actually advised against their services as it might cause further damage to the tile. Was impressed by their honesty and professionalism. Would not hesitate to call on them in the future if I needed their services.

Description of Work: I sent e-mail to postpone the service but had no reponse...which was disconcerting. I had to make arrangments for someone to be here for me. | |Some of the granite sealant splattered on my cooktop, sink and surrounding area which was a little hard to get off. The countertop looks goo though so next time I will be sure the surrounding areas are covered and mention this to him.
