Description of Work: Cleaned all carpets in my home. My carpets were 18 years old so I wasn't expecting miracles. Pleasantly surprised by how much dirt and dog hair was removed. I would use Upfront again.

Description of Work: They cleaned and replaced the grout in my shower (there was black mold that I could not remove). It looks great now!

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in three rooms, and two closet carpet areas. My husband is allergic to scents, so they used a non-scent product. It was terrific!!! What a fantastic job. So much so, that I am going to use them to clean my kitchen tiles.

Description of Work: Cleaned and caulked shower. |They removed the old caulk and steam cleaned the shower, removing some mold. The job looks nice. I gave them a B on price because this was an Angie's List Big Deal, but they charged me tax on the job that day. The tax should be included in the Big Deal price.

Description of Work: I will NEVER use this company again for any type of cleaning. I spent so much time and effort cleaning up the mess they left behind on my wood floor (laminate); it would have much easier to clean the floor (tile) myself instead of hiring Upfront Home Services. The equipment they used was of no help for corners or edges on the floor. Ironically, the "clean up" solution that they used on the wood floor to remove their wide spread mess made more of a mess (lots of smear marks). | |They offered no apologies for their mess. They even offered some of their other cleaning services. Of course, I declined. I believe I should be paid to clean up their MESS.

Description of Work: Cleaned tile and grout in kitchen and hall. Did a good job |cleaning floor. This is the first time we have had our floor |professionally cleaned so We were not sure what is included |with the service. We had to wipe down all of the baseboards |and several areas on the on the tile where the machine did |not pick up the wash fluid and left a film or haze.

Joe and Steve arrived within the time frame promised and were very professional. They worked quickly but took the time to explain what they were doing and to answer my questions. i plan to put these services on my annual cleaning list.

Description of Work: They treated for pet stains, then cleaned and deoderised carpet. They even through in one area rug. Carpets look great.

Description of Work: Full house carpet cleaning on a "Big Deal" plus add-on for scotch-guard and tile floor cleaning. | |The floors looked great. The only, slight hiccup was some tile cleaner residue on the kitchen tile. However, when I called, they immediately came out & cleaned it up. | |I would use them again.
