Description of Work: They cleaned the grout on our tile floors in the kitchen, breakfast and master bedroom. They did a great job... I couldn't believe it was the same grout as before.

Description of Work: Clean carpets in 8 areas; seemed to do a good job. Wet shoes were tracked on the wood floors leaving "tracks" that I had to clean up after they left, but they did well enough that I would bring them back next time I need the carpets cleaned.

Description of Work: Steam cleaned tube and tiles. The caulking was good but I cleaned afterward and there was still a lot of soap scum and dirt on the tiles. He said we needed to repolish the tiles. It wasn't worth what we paid and I wouldn't do it again. Chemicals do a better job.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in 5 rooms. Very professional and courteous. Carpet was not heavily stained - just needed freshening. Afterwards, the carpet didn't smell fresh and there was a lingering 'unfresh' smell. I've had the carpets cleaned many times. Always looks, feels and smells great - not this time. .

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal. $99 for granite cleaning, polishing, and sealing.

Description of Work: The guys came over, looked at the work to be done and gave me an honest opinion that they would not be able to clean the shower good enough and that my shower was beyond cleaning and needed to be completely re-grouted.

Description of Work: Steam cleaned shower. Replaced caulking in corner joints. Cleaned mineral deposits on glass shower door and frame. Gave me instructions on how to treat stained grout.

Description of Work: This provider failed to show-up at the scheduled time, insted he sent an email that they called my house and I did not answer, they showep up and I was not at home therefore they will find another time for me. All was a lie; I was home all morning with my cell phone in hand waiting for them. It took a month just to get an appointment. They told me February 19, between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm was the only time spot they have in my area in the month of February. So I have to cancel other appointment to wait for them and they did not come.
