Description of Work: They arrived on time but said the requested area to be cleaned exceeded the special price. No furniture was moved so the area treated was only visible areas. When the treatment dried there remained several spots on the carpet that I personally hand cleaned and removed. I expected the service to do this. They people are very nice but the job was only mediocre.
