Description of Work: I have used Upfront previously and was extremely pleased with them. I have referred them to several of my close friends. One in particular that has never used a professional carpet cleaner and had scheduled service weeks in advance. She took the day off to make sure all was ready for the service. I call her today to find out how it went and she told they "no showed". She received an email about mid day yesterday stating that they had a commercial job come up and that one of their trucks was down. No phone call at all. Her internet is down and she just happened to be able to check her email from her phone. I am so embarrassed. This is horrible customer service and I would have bet my life Joey would never had done something like this. I don't care what kind of commercial job came up. She had 4-5 people at her office that wanted to know how it went since they were having their carpets cleaned for the Holidays. Well, Joey that cost you some business.

Description of Work: The tile and grout in our kitchen, dinette, 2 bathrooms and 3 small closets were cleaned thoroughly by Joseph using great equipment and technique. The job was done in about 2 hours. He brings hoses from his truck through the front door to supply air, vacuum, water and steam to his large scrubbing machine with rotating brush disc. The result is very clean tiles and grout in perfect condition to apply sealer. The sealer is necessary for uniform color if years of use without sealer has left deep stains that are impossible to clean. The sealer will give years of protection before this work will need to be repeated.

Description of Work: The provider was responsive initially. I scheduled carpet cleaning about two weeks in advance. There were a lot of schedule changes at work needed for me and my wife to be available at the premises when work was to be done. This was clearly communicated to the service provider and hence early scheduling. However, on the day when service was to be provided he texted (didn't bother to call) saying his machine is not working and that he would not be able to provide services today. He said he is going to call back. They never called back - after calling and leaving messages three times they finally texted saying that they are unable to provide services. They were polite and apologetic but do not have a back up machine.

Description of Work: Bought a big deal for carpet cleaning. The owner came out and did a good job. Emailed me as soon as I had bought the deal and followed up with a handwritten note offering to come back if he missed anything. Would use again.

Description of Work: Phone number for provider was forwarded to a phone number in another city with no one answering the number and no message. I called several times with no answer.
