The Katy Plumbing Company Heating and Air.

Description of Work: Called Katy Plumbing to clear air conditioner drain line. Their technician arrived within the 2 hour window they promised. He was a very professional and friendly plumber. He checked out the issue, blew out and cleared the drain line, and installed a "T" fitting in the line to provide me with the ability to pour Clorox in the line occasionally to prevent the buildup of material in the line and future clogging. The only downside was the price. $229 for an hour work...!! He did have to work in the attic in Houston in August in the early morning heat and humidity so I agreed to have the work accomplished. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself. He tried to sell annual 'service plan'.. which would have lowered repair cost slightly but not enough to justify annual fee in my mind. The office staff and plumber were both extremely professional. They quoted over $300 to replace 2 lines on hot water heater in garage. Had done by another plumber under 1 hour, less than $100.

Description of Work: Replacement of hot water shutoff valve in bathroom and installation of new h/c faucets.
