Description of Work: At approximately 4:00 a.m. I discovered my hot water tank was shooting water out of the top, sides and bottom with water coming through my bathroom ceiling. I called Katy Plumbing and they were able to send someone out. I found them to be very professional and responsive considering my emergency. They took out both hot water heaters and replaced them with a tankless system. They even called a service out to give me an estimate to repair the damage. I highly recommend Katy Plumbing.

Description of Work: They fixed a pin hole leak in the attic. They got here earlier then expected and did the job quickly. The plumber was a little frustrated because it was hard to shut off the water and to get to the leak.

Description of Work: Paid $350 for them to show me a "picture" of the roots in my plumbing. They did not rotorooter out the roots, plumbing still clogged. Was told that I need to spend $6000 to tunnel under the house to fix the problem. I get that this solution would ultimately fix the problem, however, I was looking for a quick fix for the holidays that did not occur.
