Description of Work: I explained the problem and they looked it over and gave me some FREE advice on things to check out before they started breaking into the ceiling to check the drain. I was grateful. Later, I found there was a leak that needs to be fixed. I will go to Katy Plumbing to have it done.

Description of Work: Emergency call at 11PM; sewerage backup into tub and separate shower and overflowed toilet. Mark was here within 30 minutes or so, ran a 40-foot snake to clean out the blockage and was gone before 12:15AM. Despite the hour he was courteous, pleasant, explained the issue and his plan of action. Top notch service all the way. The only way it could have been better is if it were free.
