The guys called before they came and arrived on time, covered the floor and went to work. The only glitch was they loaded the wrong height water heater on thier truck and another truck had to drop off the correct water heater. They cleaned up after themselves, didnt leave trash in the attic and hauled off the old water heaters. It was like they never were here except we have new water heaters in the attic and a leak repaired.

They were great, very nice and professional, but we are still having a little bit of a leak.

They were here when they said they would be, the price ended up being what they estimated so they were excellent. They also did good follow up. I have had bad experiences with some plumbers around here but they did an excellent job. Their price was fair and I had no problems with it.

They were pretty much the only ones who would come out on a Saturday. I have a contract with them for a year where it wouldn?t cost me anything extra to have them come out on weekends or nights. This helped lower my bill.

They came and looked at the issue and gave me an estimate. I told them to go ahead and do the work. He re-evaluated the work after we got into it and decided that his estimate wasn?t high enough. So he gave me a higher estimate which I didn?t quite understand why. At that point I just told him to stop. I did pay for his service call and talked to the owner of the company. He agreed to just charge me the cost of the service call when I told him the situation. I don?t think I would use them again though.

I had purchased the service agreement, which did save "trip charge" but had a bit of trouble getting through to someone initially and then there was some confusion about when they were going to be at my home. However, it may have been the holiday, I would use them again.

We've used them several times and we've had the same plumber each time. Price wise, I don't know if they are any better than anyone else, they are probably about the same. The service has been wonderful and the plumber we've had out to the house has been fantastic. We even give him a key to our house for the times he does work and we aren't there, that is how trustworthy he is. We were pleased with the work and the owner always does a follow up call to make sure everything had gone ok. There was one time that something wasn't finished and the plumber was supposed to come back and it was over the Thanksgiving holiday. His schedule got filled up with emergency's and work that had to be done. They called me for the follow up and they were prompt to get us on the schedule and have him finish up the job. We like to use small business, local people and they fit that description for us.

Arrived promptly. Very nice work attitude and explained problems and solutions. Repaired D pure water conditioner, took out the trash, cleaned up and overall very responsive. Kevin Glynn very knowledgeable and professional. No complaints at all.

He showed up when he said he would and explained what he was doing. They did this work for me last night about midnight.

The overall project went very well. I looked around at a few companies before I decided to go with Katy Plumbing, but I went with them because they certainly knew the most about the project. They were priced in about the same ballpark as the other companies.

In general, my experiences with them have been positive. They were certainly responsive to my needs. I had to initially do a little negotiation regarding price but at least they were willing to negotiate. Their final price ended up being rather competitive. They recommended to me that I purchase an annual service plan to get access to better pricing. I would get priority of scheduling and I wouldn't have to pay for a service call. At first I didn't' like the idea, but since I had to have them come out again I was pleased with my purchase.

They came back out when I was having problems. They didn't ask why I waited so long to call. They are professional, clean, and the people he sends are of the highest caliber. They have the supplies on the truck and come when they say they are coming. They call before they arrive as well. I only use them and I think other people should know about them. The estimate isn't free but is applied to the end bill.

As I was getting ready for work I stepped into the shower only to realize that I had very little hot water. I went to the garage to look at the water heater and found a leak form the unit. I went to the Angie's List website to research plumbing companies and found this company was close to my home and had a good rating but not many reports. I called them to see if they could come out which they said would be between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm. I received a call about 10:30 am from John who proceeded to ask me questions about the water heater problem and we agreed that he should bring a replacement unit with him. After a few calls we settled on a price, sight unseen. He arrived around 11:00 am and proceeded to replace the water heater as promised. He originally said it would be about 2 hours to do the job but it took almost 3 hours. He did do some extra work to be sure the job was done right so the extra time was justified. John did an excellent job and left the work area cleaner than he found it. There was one slight problem that has not been corrected. As John was taking out the old water heater he lost a nut to the power supply assembly. He promised to bring by a new one the next day but I have yet to hear from him.

Originally hired to deal with a leaking kitchen sink. They came to the house twice, replacing old plumbing lines and valves, most of which likely needed to be replaced. None of it fixed the leak, however. The faucet ended up being the ultimate culprit, and the leak was stopped when I replaced it myself with a new faucet from Home Depot. I also purchased the new diverter valve, but was unable to get it installed in the older pipes. I don't know if they used anything other than more force than I was comfortable with, but it is now installed and functioning. They also did a whole-house plumbing inspection with a written report. Overall, I was satisfied with the service, but was disappointed that they weren't able to actually fix the leak, though the fact that we didn't have to cut into the wall as I feared probably made me more forgiving.
