Our old water heater was leaking. Katy Plumbing came out the same day we called and gave us an estimate to replace our tank water heater and also to switch over to a tankless system. They took the time to answer all of our questions so we could make an informed decision. We went with the tankless. It was installed 2 days later. Installation was painless. They were very careful to protect our floors when moving the old, rusting tanks out. We would highly recommend!

Came out to replace leaky drain valve and threaded water heater gate shutoff valve which was stuck in closed position with ball valves. Went above and beyond our expectations.

The company emailed me before the plumber got her to let me know who to expect. Excellent Service!!! I would highly recommend!

They were able to come out within 45minutes and Joe was on time. He checked out the problem and gave us a reasonable price. He had all materials needed on the truck and was done quickly.

Patrick and his associate arrived within the designated window as scheduled and replaced our leaking 25 year old moen shower cartridge as well as replaced the working mechanism (internal) and supply line (external) to our master bath toilet. Everything was explained and priced out beforehand so no surprises on the bill. Had all the parts with them so only one trip to repair things. Cleaned up everything when done and were very pleasant during their visit.

The service was professional and high quality. Well equipped, courteous and extremely careful with their work both in keeping things clean and neat as well as in leaving a high-quality installation behind. We had our water heater replaced, our kitchen sink drain cleaned and inspected, and replaced the house main inlet valve from a gate valve to a ball valve. All quality work. We were explained costs and options ahead of time; they worked wit us on scheduling and made a great job. Will come to them again for future needs. Michael was our technician and he is just awesome.

A great result for a very difficult job of replacing shut off valves that had frozen shut after 39 years. Their work was exemplary and done in a timely manner . Removing the container for the cold and hot water and cutting into the sheetrock was was required and the two workers replaced the cut out area so it was hardly noticeable. Katy Plumbing has been my go to in the past and will continue to be so in the future. I was extremely happy with their work and the clean up they did afterward. Service also included brand ne metal covered water hoses for the washer.

Michael was great. He was punctual, courteous, and informative. I had a lot of questions and he happily answered them all. He wore booties in the house and made sure that he cleaned up after himself. Will definitely use again!!!!

They beat their competitors prices, significantly and I liked both plumbers that I have met. Both were on time and personable! They did a great job, both visits.

William arrived at our house within 10 minutes of calling. We had our air conditioning serviced the day previously and had prompted a leak through our living room ceiling. He worked quickly and fixed the leak, unblocked several drains and advised us on some questions we had over our water heater. Amazing customer service and we will be using again for a general walk through since we are new homeowners.

Had a cancellation and was able to fit us in and unplugged drain. Signed up for the annual service contract and noted a few other issues around the house that will need to be addressed in the future. Overall a great experience and will use The Katy Plumbing Company in the future.

They did a great job. It was an emergency and they came right away. They offered a high quality replacement and completed the work efficiently. We have used them in the past and were also satisfied with the overall quality of service and responsiveness. The only issue is the markup seems exceedingly high on parts and products. The cost of labor is reasonable if you use their products but can also be highly marked up if you buy your own and have them do the work. I would prefer to use professional plumbers but their costs can be prohibitive. I would recommend that they reexamine their pricing to be more competitive. Otherwise it was a great experience and I would recommend them.
