Very professional - highly recommend. I like the fact they call to confirm the tech is on the way and send you an email with a photograph of the plumber that will be servicing the home. Will definitely use again.

Greg came out and dug up the pipe on the side of the house to the water meter. It was 105 degs outside. Once he got to the meter he discovered it was the the meter that was leaking. He explained I needed to call the water company. I got him on the phone to speak on 3 way to the water company. Of course they came out and left their tag on the door "Sorry we missed you' and it's your leak not our's.. So I spoke to Greg yet again trying to co-ordinate him speaking to the water company. Finally the water company came back and I got Greg on the phone. Once Greg spoke to the water company, they saw it. It took the water company 2 weeks before they came and fixed the leak. (Talk about not conserving water!!) Greg went beyond customer service with all my phone calls. i was happy with the service.

Requested Greg. He had to replace part of the spout pipe and replace the cover. He welded a new pipe and fixed the spout. He replaced the spout cover as well.

Great repair job! The plumber (Forrest) was out within 1 hour after being contacted. He diagnosed the problem, completed the repairs, and was very professional. He did a great job of cleaning up afterward as well.

I scheduled an appointment to get an item repaired and they gave me a 2 hour window for the appointment. The representative (to my pleasant surprise) arrived toward the start of the window, not the end as usually most service persons are so overbooked they run late, but not this company. Kudos for knowing how to manage their schedule. The service person walked in took a look at the problem wrote up an estimate and also before starting notified me of potential complications that could arise which would cost more. I asked how much more and to their credit the representative stated it would be impossible to know until the problem could be seen. After disassembling the toilet the tech replaced the gasket per the initial provided quote and no unpleasant surprises were found. The service person was done with quote and all within an hour. Great work, looks clean, and no more leaks. I highly recommend Katy Plumbing

Making the appointment was a breeze; the person we talked to was very friendly and polite. We were able to schedule a call for the next day, with an appointment window in the morning. We received a call from Katy Plumbing early in the window, and they gave us the name of the person who would be coming out and the ETA. The guys that came out were also very friendly and helpful. After assessing the situation, they provided us with several courses of action, and we decided to try and locate the source of the leak first, by digging in the area of standing water. Naturally, after a rather extensive excavation in and around the soggy area, they did not find the source of the leak. They did a good job filling back in and gave us several next steps that we could ourselves to isolate the water source. We will call Katy Plumbing back once we run through that list. I started a plumbing replacement job by following instructions I had found on YouTube, but, I quickly ran into huge problems. One wrong turn of the wrench and I had broken something. Sure enough, when I turned the water back on, it was fountaining everywhere. I called Katy Plumbing and the lady on the phone (Jessica?) was extremely nice and helpful. She put me on the schedule as early as possible (the next morning). I received an email from them with a picture of the tech so I would know who was coming. When Jose arrived, he was very professional-looking, soft-spoken and confident. He took a look at my handiwork and didn't make a comment other than, "Yes, I can fix it!" I was immensely relieved. He needed to cut into the wall behind the shower to access the plumbing and was able to make a very neat opening that I will be able to cover easily. He worked hard and consistently until the job was completed. The finished work was very professional-looking and, as a craftsman (wood) myself, the work was beautiful. He finished installing the new shower faucet and shower head so, now, when my wife gets home, the job will be totally complete. I will absolutely call them again when it is time to replace my water heaters,,,coming up soon. I am extremely happy with the workmanship, and, honestly, the price came in much less than I was expecting.

Everything was great. Got a detailed explanation and estimate. Daniel even took a picture of the replacement. This is the third time Katy Plumbing has been out and what has made them different is how efficiently they get a plumber here and the fact that I don't want to faint when I see the estimate. They are very reasonable and we have used several plumbing companies. Daniel was here today and Bryan was here last week...two separate issues. They were both very personable ( I enjoyed having them in my house) and just did a great job. Daniel even killed a snake at the front door!

I had Jason coming to check on plumbing to see if there is any water leak. He did some basic testing. It turns out there is no water leak issue. He has been very honest and professional. I would recommend him for anyone looking for a good plumber.

As always, the did a great job. They properly advised us that the wood beneath the toilet floor should be replaced because it's damp from the previous leak. I'm sure this will cost a bit of money, however they tightened the toilet again for us. Since I can't use the cost selection below I can tell you that they DID NOT charge us to fix this toilet since they worked on it before. I recommend this company to anyone for their plumbing needs. They are friendly, prompt, and do a great job

Charlie was GREAT!!! So was "Mandy" (hope I got her name right) whom I spoke with at the office where I set the appointment. I just had a full kitchen remodel and after the contractors had completed, a few weeks later, I developed a gas odor inside the cabinet below the cooktop. I did not call the contractor back for repairs because he did not use a (licensed) plumber to do the original install of the the cooktop. So.........went to Angie's List. Like I always do. Looked up credited plumbers and went with "The Katy Plumbing Co." Best choice EVER! The office notified me about 20-30 minutes before Charlie showed up. And I must say, Mandy (hope I got he name right) has the most upbeat, friendly customer service EVER! Charlie showed up ON TIME! He was fantastic. His customer service was 100% perfect. He made you feel like he was part of the family. I explained the issue upfront. He said, "safety" was 1st and foremost. He told me the total cost UPFRONT. Ans to work he went. He completed the job with perfection in a timely manor, clean and most important........ HONESTY!!. No add on sales, like the others out there do. I absolutely recommend "The Katy Plumbing Co."

Katy Plumbing came out very quickly to give us an estimate to take out a water softener machine. Came back two days later and got the job done. Very happy with the work.

We have used Katy Plumbing several times in the past for minor things, so when we had a very large problem with our sewer line, we naturally called them in. We had three bids done, and while Katy Plumbing was not the lowest, it felt better to deal with a known company. They did an excellent job replacing our sewer line. In job involved removal of part of our pool decking and part of our flagstone patio area. Also a huge amount of digging. The only reason I did not rate them at the very top of the scale was that I felt the digging crew could have done a little better on the cleanup - not a lot, just a little. Overall, an excellent job and we will definitely use them again.

Forrest arrived promptly and was very professional. We talked about the last time he was here to do work in the house, and then he went to work on installing my new faucet. He was very tolerant of both my son and my dog looking over his shoulder! After completing the work, he cleaned up and took the old faucet after I told him I didn't want it. He smiled the entire time and was very pleasant. I LOVE this company!

Removed globe from light in Laundry room to replace bulb, Globe was full of water. Thinking the water heater pan was clogged up, I called Katy Plumbing Co. They responded quickly and the serviceman did an excellent job of checking all possibilities of where leak was coming from. I definitely recommend this plumbing company.

In addition to repairing the problem, he cleaned the bowl of the difficult residue that the problem was causing. He was very professional and polite. In addition he even brought my empty trash can up from the curb after it had been emptied by the trash collection company.

Wonderful experience all around. We had a leak in our yard that could have only been coming from the main water line from the street. Katy Plumbing found the leak, had to dig a hole approximately 4 ft x 4 ft and 4 ft deep. They worked hard for almost 6 hours to complete the dirty, muddy job. The billed amount was very reasonable and would almost say I got a deal compared to the costs of other plumbers in town. They were on time, professional and cleaned up very well after their work. I will definitely use them again for other jobs.

The home had been unoccupied for several years and is being prepared to sell. There had been a water leak with damage in the ceiling and the toilets were not working properly. The water heater had a manufactured date of 1999. Daniel and his associate were very professional and provided me with a detailed estimate. They offered me two options on the toilets - rebuilding for $700+ or replacing for $2200+. I felt the price for new toilets was too high as I had just had a toilet replaced in another property for considerably less, so I opted for the rebuild. They began working immediately after I approved the estimate and had the water heater and flashing delivered by their company while they worked. They were very professional and I would hire them again.

Arrived on time as requested after 3pm on a weekday. Was very professional, wore shoe coverings to protect carpet. Gave a written estimate prior to starting work. Was able to complete work the same day even when started late in the afternoon. I would recommend using Katy Plumbing and I will call them again if any other needs arise.

Corrected a minor problem, and discussed some future work.

They were on time, courteous, professional, with good pricing. Called them to change out the front box on my 18 year old water heater due to a gas leak. They gave me prices of fixing with uncertain results and having new water heater installed. I chose to purchase the new water heater. They had a new water heater delivered and installed in a little over an hour.

We have an older home that is going through some "plumbing transitions" , with old pipes and lines. We discovered Katy Plumbing about two years ago. Their excellent service and great technicians keep us coming back. we feel they are very honest, and extremely dependable. They show up when they say they will, and always do the job right. Highly recommend them!

I made an appointment 10 days in advance for Friday 9/25, they said they would be there between 8-10 am. I got a call at 11:30 the morning of the job saying they were in route, and that they were late because of an emergency. I told them not to come, it was too late. Will use someone else.
