As always, Katy Plumbing representative responded to my service request on time and very quickly made the necessary fixes needed. Also as always, he was friendly and courteous. I think of the representative more as a friend that quickly understands my needs and goes beyond expectations to fulfill those needs. Always a pleasure to work with the representative and I specifically request him whenever I have a plumbing need. Katy Plumbing ROCKS!!!!

Took two trips, but it got fixed. Was a little pricey, in my opinion.

It was in an hour and half. They were very professional and good.

We have used them for years. The work took less than an hour, the technician was very professional.

They were fantastic. They are not the cheapest, but they are worth it. All I can say is that they are the best plumbing service I have used.

I look at plumbing as a commodity service, there's a million plumbers, it wasn't to the point like, oh, anytime I need plumbing service I'm going to pick-up the phone and use these guys. The service was adequate.

They reviewed the situation and informed me that they had to replace the whole faucet since the pipe was damaged. He also told me that I needed a special tool to remove the filter so that this would not happen again. He even brought me his tool so that i could see what he was talking about. They were very professional and courteous.

They were professional, on time and finished on schedule.

William and Eric did an excellent job of re plumbing/piping our home. They were professional in handling the job and easy to work with. The work took 3 days and they minimized impact on the household being respectful of our presence and minimized downtime for having water in the home, which resulted in minimal impact on our activities. The job was well done and cleanup was pretty thorough considering they had to cut holes in the walls to run piping. A job well done!

They are one of my very favorite. I have an adult son who at the time was single at the time and had a home out in Katy. I am retired so I took care of all of his things because he had to go to work. He had some plumbing problems and I found Katy on Angie's List. Over the years he has since been married and gotten rid of the house. I had another company that we gradually became disenchanted with. I asked Katy if they serviced Houston and they said yes. So I changed over and I used them in my system over the years. I had the unfortunate little black cloud over my head that I would go out of town and the neighbor would come in and feed my cats and I would have a water problem. That happened twice. But our homes in this subdivision were built between 82 and 85 with old galvanized pipes that I think were foreign made. So corrosion became a problem and pin hole leaks. A lot of us have had to repipe our houses. They had serviced me on these situations very promptly, very professional, very accommodating on two or three occasions. I have since referred him to a neighbor and a few friend. My repiping was an absolutely fabulous experience because at the time they had started affiliating a known drywall and plaster company that they had used as a referral into their service. It was a single contract for this whole thing. Drew and his crew were in to do the cutting of the holes. I had holes in every room in my house except one. They did all the work and put in all the new pipes. Put in a new filter system. They replaced every hose outside the house and then the drywall man came in and patched it and painted. There were here 5 days one week and 2 partial days the following week to finish it up. When they were finished; they were finished and it was wonderful. The new flexible pipe that they use makes it so that you don't have to cover your hose bibs outside in the freezing weather. It's great. The owners wife does follow up calls. Sometimes it's a month or two months later after every service call that you ever have with them to check to see if everything went well, if you are satisfied, if there are any problems that they need to come back and retouch. Just a very personal company. Something in this day in age seems to be few and far between. They are definitely not the most inexpensive. Sometimes I feel that you pay for what you get and with plumbing water damage can be awfully expensive.

Very well. I'd purchased the part thinking we could fix it on our own but realized we couldn't. I found Katy Plumbing on Angie's List and that was a great decision. Jacob showed up on time and was very efficient. He was personable and informative...AND it was fairly priced even before using the coupon. I'd most definitely hire this company again...and you should too. That A rating is well deserved. Jacob represented this company very well...good job!

We contacted The Katy Plumbing Company after getting a recommendation from Ferguson from whom we had bought fixtures in the past. Mark and another gentleman came out to take a look at the guest bath we wished to remodel on Monday, February 27th. Their detailed bid was acceptable so we asked if the job could be completed by March 5th when we had houseguests coming to stay (including my sister who has mobility issues and needed a walk-in shower versus the tub/shower combo we had in place). Mark said he thought that could be done but they would need to begin demo right away. They started working right away! Never have we had a job start off so quickly! Amazing! Mark very carefully outlined what would happen each day to complete the remodel on schedule. He told us that the custom glass door would almost certainly not make it in time so we should prepare for that by buying a shower rod & curtail (we appreciated the head’s up on that!). Speaking of the glass door, when the original workman from that company could not make it out, Katy Plumbing contacted the owner who came out himself around 6:45 in the evening – we were impressed!!!! Each person who came to our home was on time and very professional. We actually didn’t know most of them were even here working they were so considerate and respectful of us! The sheet rocker, the wood framer, the tile guys (who are real artists!) – everyone did an exceptional job and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. They were also very careful to lay down mats and close the door, etc., to reduce the noise and the mess in the rest of our house. Oh, Katy Plmbing's receptionists/schedulers were also so friendly and helpful. All around FANTASTIC crew! Mark did an excellent job of communicating with us every step of the way and worked tirelessly to get our products in by our deadline (even installing them on Saturday, March 4th, his day off!). We are beyond pleased with the result & we have already ordered a water softener from Katy Plumbing and plan to do other projects with them in the very near future.

No work was done at this time, however they were very informative!

I called Katy Plumbing and they had a cancellation and was able to send a technician to my house almost immediately. He spent about 45 minutes at my house as we discussed the problem and attempted to identify the cause. In the end, he narrowed it down to 2 potential causes. I told him I could fix one of the potential issues and he gave me an estimate for the second. His suggestion was that the problem was not too serious since it was isolated to a remote section of the house and he wouldn't do anything unless it got worse. He charged me absolutely nothing for the service call.

We were charged $529 to replace a $49 part. The plumber was here about 45 minutes.

We have used this company for several years and have always found them to be prompt, courteous, and quite professional.

They arrived on time with covers on their shoes. After inspecting the hot water heater, they gave estimates for flushing the heater and pipes and treating with bleach. They also suggested just running hot water for a lengthy period 2 or 3 times to see if that would work. We did that and it has helped a lot. The best part is that they did not charge a service call since they did no work. We appreciate the option of dealing with it ourselves. We dont feel this company will try to extract money from us at every opportunity.

They made very little mess and cleaned everything up, I would use them again without hesitation

Very helpful in setting up appointment. Arrived on time, figured out the problem, gave us a quote to fix the problem, and fixed it with no extra charges, even though some extra piping was involved. Very competent and personable technicians. They really "Do Plumbing Right."

Showed up on time, professional, knowledgeable, did a great job and was very friendly and helpful. The person that answers the phone calls and schedules the jobs was also VERY helpful and friendly. Love this company and will definitely use again in the future.

Katy plumbing looked over the hot water heaters and decided that they were still in good working and did not need to be replaced at this time.

They were definitely expensive, but since I had an emergency, I had to pay for them to get it done. I had to get it done that day. The guy was a little late. They did pretty good work. Because this was an emergency and I had to shut my main valve line, I had no water to the house. I think that they way overcharged me for this particular service because from the complexity of what needed to be replaced, it was not that complicated. It was not something I could not do myself, but I had to go to work and it needed to be taken care of, but it was an emergency. I needed water back to the house and I think they overcharged me, but it is what it is.
