Repairman arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He performed straightforward and thorough check of the line. He also had the gas company come out to check the meter and inspect the lines inside and out. Gas had been shut off after lightening strike caused flame out from the gas line.

Excellent, they were clean, no surprises, did what they said they were gonna do, gave us a price up front, showed up when they said they would, and there were no surprises. I paid $99 the last time they were here to get future member benefits which saved me $80 for this visit (up to 20% off). I don't mind paying extra for better service but with this company there prices are already very competitive.

They sent someone over the next day. He arrived on time and fixed the issue. He also found 2 sprinkler heads that were leaking and wasting water. Will definitely use them again.

I am very satisfied with Katy Plumbing. They were great from the initial call to schedule the appointment to the completion of work. Both James and Kris were punctual and very polite. They were knowledgeable and got the job done in a short amount of time. They both left the place as clean as when they arrived. After the work was completed, they took the time to look at some other issues and answer all my questions.

The technician, Nick, was very professional and knowledgeable. He did not use any high pressure sales tactics, simply explained my options, the pros and cons, and answered all of my questions. When we decided on the work to be done, he got to work right away and even called in some back-up to ensure the work was done the same day. Great results and service, and I felt like I was dealing with a trustworthy company.

Jason found the source of my water leak and repaired the problem promptly. In addition, he referred me to Champion Restoration in order to find out how much water damage there was within the walls and floor so I could prevent further damage and prevent mold. Will definitely use your services again if needed. Great job!

James was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional while providing the estimate. He seemed to know his stuff and was clear on what would and would not be included in the work. The estimate provided covered multiple options so I could pick the scope that worked for me. He was responsive by text and cell when I had questions after the estimate. Prices were competitive, but we ended up with another company because schedules fit better.

Prompt, reliable service was provided with a reasonable quote for the work to be done. The plumber was courteous and willing to work with me to accomplish the work I needed. I decided to get more work done through this company because of their professionalism!

Excellent service. Very responsive to initial call and to setting up an appointment. (Came out first thing the next day although they do have 24/7 service). The plumber (Kris) was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend and will use again.

It could not have gone better. As soon as I spoke with Barbara on the phone to schedule service I knew I was in good hands. Dallas & Aaron showed up as promised on time, professional, and courteous. They explained the problem and offered three options along with pricing and worked very hard to handle the issue. In fact, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and up and running before they left.

I have used Katy Plumbing before for scheduled work. This was a minor emergency and I called at 8 pm on Thursday night and was able to have someone out first thing in the morning. William was very helpful, fixed the issue quickly and went above and beyond in explaining to me the various options for future.

Technician was on time, did work as defined. Very pleased with the materials and workmanship. Have used them since for some other minor plumbing repair. Will use again if I have any plumbing needs.

Kris did a fantastic job unplugging the drain. He also gave us options on maintaining this drain unplugged and answered all of our questions. He was professional in appearance, courteous and personable. He loves what he does and is great at it!
