Silvia came to our home and gave us a very thorough estimate. She thoroughly explained everything the painters would do/not do. She also made color recommendations that were very helpful. The crew arrived each morning at 8 and left at 5. They did a wonderful job. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed working with Sylvia; she came to see what I needed done and provided estimate on the spot. She was thorough and knowledgeable. I was immediately comfortable with her and the price was very reasonable. I made a few changes later and scheduling the painting was dependent on some work that needed to be completed first; they were quite flexible to work with me. The guys showed up on the day scheduled and did a great job. They were able to answer questions and give me some good advice. I was very impressed with everything from start to finish and highly recommend to others. They do work other than painting and I will definitely use in the future. Thanks, Sylvia, and your team. What a difference you made in my life! Everything looks great and you were all so easy to work with.

This is the second time that I've used Freddy's Painting, and I would recommend them to anyone! This time they painted the master bedroom and bathroom, and it looks great!!

The painters were prompt and went right to work. It was estimated that it would take 3-4 days to complete and they worked in that timeframe. There was a language barrier but we communicated well enough; the colors I wanted are correct. They were very careful of covering floors and furniture. I gave a B in pricing because there was an error in the materials and labor quote which added $700 to what we thought we were going to pay. We took partial responsibility for this because we didn't check the numbers and Freddy's reduced the error by $200 because of the inconvenience. Overall it worked out and I'll use Freddy's again and we'll both learn from our lapse.

Freddy's Painting was easy to reach and set up a time for the job. The two workers came when scheduled and painted bedroom walls, ceiling, baseboards and trim, using three different colors and/or paint types. They were extremely kind and professional. They were also very gracious, as a week earlier, we called them for a quick turnaround job and they came out the same day/evening to strip and repaint some ceilings in the house and they did an excellent job.

Freddy's painted the whole house interior. The price was better than other bids and the painters could not have been more professional. The painters were skilled and honest. On their own, without us having to ask them, they re-painted spots that weren't perfect after pointing them out to me. I would not have even noticed. I couldn't be happier with our decision to use Freddy's!

I contacted Freddy's Painting along with other painting companies through Angie's List. Freddy's Painting responded quickly and was available to start immediately. The work was started on time with no concerns. The job was done fast and very well. As they worked along the house, they were flexible and grateful to complete a few extras that we hadn't put on the initial estimate. Despite the extra add-ons, the estimated price did not change. This has never happened in my experience, and I am very satisfied.

This is my fourth time to use Freddy's. Just like the previous jobs, their painter arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Can't say enough good things about this company's painters.

We couldn?t be more pleased with the work done by Freddy?s Painting. We own a duplex that was built in 1928 ? lots of woodwork: painted doors, windows and other trim ? with lots of flaws that built up over the years. Freddy?s made all the flaws disappear, the place looks fabulous. They also did a great job with texturing the ceiling. We collected bids from three different highly rated companies from Angie?s List, and Freddy?s was about $400 less than the others ? plus, the other contractors made it clear that they did not paint the interior of the closet door or cabinet unless specifically requested (and the bid would be adjusted accordingly) ? Freddy?s painted it all ? for less! Also, the men were very friendly, cleaned up well, and the office kept us well-informed.

I talked with Silvia De San Jose on the phone and made an appointment for her to come out and see what I wanted done. She consulted with me on choosing the right colors, explained how they paint the interior and exterior, walked around the outside of my house and pointed out areas they would repair before painting, and helped me fill out the form I had to submit to my homeowner's association before the exterior painting was done. She picked out two colors that were close to my exterior paint that I could submit but said they would match the exterior color. She suggested they use an eg-shel finish on the interior since I have dogs and would want to occasionally wipe the walls in areas. Every room in my house was painted, along with the ceilings, closets, and all the trim. They matched the trim color as they did the exterior. The only area not painted was the pantry. They did an excellent job! I am very happy with their work. The painters always gave me a time they would start each day. They were pleasant, polite, hard working, and professional. I had a day to look over most of the interior work and made a list of minor things I found. When they came to finish the interior, they corrected everything on the list. Toward the end of the painting there was a switch in painters because some were sent to another job. There was a bit of confusion but it was worked out. At no time did anyone come to check on the progress. I did call Silvia and tell her how hard working her crew was. I will certainly use this company again! The work began on September 18th and was completed on the 22nd.

Freddy's had to stop work because another plumbing leak was found. They are due to return to finish this week.

The crew that came to work were very respectful and hard working. They asked questions when they needed anything, were very careful and let us know if anything was changing or needed moved. They were easy to work with and be around. They were always double checking everything and the price was more than fair considering the quality. Jose, the supervisor, and all of his crew were outstanding! Silvia, who did all the contract work, was also wonderful to work with. She was very infomative and helpful in all of my decisions; she is very thorough as well.

Absolutely outstanding! Couldn't be happier with the entire experience. This is definitely the best experience I have ever had with a painting contractor and for that matter, almost any other contractor as well. Extremely professional, on time, excellent work, reasonable prices (the cost quoted included Sherwin Williams ProMar paint), cleaned up everything and rehung all my pictures, and they even sent a thank you note after the work was completed. I would definitely recommend them, and I will definitely be using them again for the rest of my house :-)

Overall I was very pleased with the work done. We had some horrific 3D wallpaper combined with textured walls in several rooms of our house--- Freddy's skimmed over all of that to give us beautiful flat walls. You would never guess what's underneath them with the work that they did. They also removed wallpaper from our kitchen and painted in addition to painting several other rooms. The job was done quickly and the estimate that Silvia gave was almost dead on. There were a couple drips on the floor that I had to clean up, but luckily we don't have carpet in the rooms that were painted. The work crew was very punctual and professional AND the work was done for almost half the estimate we got from another area company. Would definitely hire them again.

I am in the planning stages of putting my 8 year old house on the market. I contacted Freddy's Painting and set up an appointment with Slyvia to come and give me an estimate for some multi minor repairs. .Sylvia arrived on time and we agreed on an fair price. an appointment was made to start in two days. Jesus and his crew was punctual, checked the list of things to do and they got right to work. He kept me informed of their progress and made sure I was satisfied with the results. Any concerns or questions I had he addressed immediately. Their professionalism and courtesy was above reproach. Customer service out of their office could not have been better, I am very satisfied with their work and will use them again and again when I have the need. I reccomend them to anyone in the Houston area that needs an absolute decent job and the price was very reasonable.

Sylvia came out and estimated the work and gave a very fair price. The job was fairly large. I had some ceiling damage from a faulty water heater and other Sheetrock issues inside and outside my 21-year old home. I also needed to have rotted wood replaced in two outside areas and several areas painted. It was estimated that the work would take 2 days. The crew arrived each day ahead of time and was courteous enough to wait until 8am to ring the doorbell. The prep work they did was meticulous. Sheetrock repair can be very dusty work. They protected the floors and draped plastic around all the Sheetrock work areas. The only snag that occurred was that the work took 4 days, not the 2 days that was estimated. However, this was not problematic for me because the longer duration was identified at the end of the first day and I was able to adjust my schedule. I will definitely keep this company in mind for my next project.

We couldn't be happier. I've already recommended them to friends and family, because they were very quick to respond to all inquiries, punctual to appointments and fairly priced. I was also thrilled with their attention to detail. They made sure to cover the floor and any exposed surfaces to avoid overspray on the walls or carpet. They were also extremely efficient. The painter showed up at 8AM both days, didn't even stop for lunch, and was out by noon or early afternoon. There wasn't a single thing they could've done better.

I called them to set up an appointment for an in-home estimate. They were completely professional on the phone and my appointment was scheduled within just a few days. I received a reminder phone call the day before the appointment. The owner (Freddie) arrived exactly when they said he would. He asked several questions about what I wanted, explained the process, gave me a quote on the spot and was gone within about 25 minutes. Couldn't have been a better experience - met my expectations exactly. Based on other painters I have used, the quote seems reasonable. I know people tend to want 'cheap' when it comes to service like this, but my experience on this is that you get what you pay for. I will most likely schedule them to come out and do the work. I'll add to this review when the job is completed.

I was shopping for exterior painting and called this company. A quick phone call and couple of email confirmation exchanged. A girl Sylvia promised that estimate will be available in next couple of days. No response even after 2 weeks. Sent email and called twice.

The Painter was excellent, very careful and did a great job. Showed up on time and was professional. I am very particular about the quality of paint jobs and I would use them again. Freddy's price is a little on the high side.

There was a problem with the scheduling as the painter didn't show up first thing in the morning as was originally scheduled. A call to the owner confirmed a mixup on the part of the scheduler. However, the owner repositioned two painters from another job and they arrived shortly after noon to begin work. As is usual with Freddy's painters, their work was outstanding. They work very efficiently, do great work, and completely cleanup afterwards. What I think is exceptional about this company is their effort to ensure total customer satisfaction. They aren't perfect, and mixups may occur, but they bend over backwards to make the job right. You can't ask for anymore than that.

Everything went ok. The work was acceptable, but they could have been a little more careful in some areas. They were very professional and handled everything well. Silvia came out and helped me select colors.
