Sylvia stood me up TWICE! I was just trying to get a quote! Maybe her company has too much work because she definitely didn’t act like she want to get the job I needed done! Stay away!

I requested to have my master bathroom painted as it just had been renovated. After there were issues with the paint quality and the quality of the work itself. I called several times to allow for her to address the issues. Each and every time I was ignored and simply treated as if she had memory loss. Specifically the cabinets had paint spots and bubbles. The walls are “leaking” paint. The ceilings have some streaking and a brown staining. Stay away.

Overall a good experience. Sylvia was very involved in picking colors and providing advice, in addition to having a competitive bid. The work was done on schedule in about 4 days, right before Hurricane Harvey. Initially, the full paint crew didn't show up on time, so we had some concerns about timely completion. But extra hands were brought in on later days to make up for it, and everything was done very well before the storm hit.

I've used Freddy's several years ago and they did a terrific job. Again, they did not disappoint! Sylvia was very easy to work with. The painters were punctual, professional and did a beautiful job. I will continue to recommend and use Signature Effects!

They did a good job. I was satisfied with the pricing. I don't know that they were cheap but they seemed reasonable. They were very good. They cleaned up. They did a nice job. They came when they were supposed to.

This is the second time I have used Signature Effects. The first was four years ago and was very pleased. They did an amazing job and I WILL definitely us them again!

Cancelled an appointment and never bothered to call back to reschedule. That is not a good sign

I highly recommend Signature Effects. The entire process was great. Sylvia helped me to select the paint color and type (I am decorating challenged). In addition to painting the entire interior of the house, I wanted to have my office moved from upstairs to downstairs. Sylvia was very accommodating in providing a quote for the work, saving me the from having to hire movers to do the work plus all of the coordination that would have entailed. The guys were prompt each day and took great care to protect my furniture and floors. The work was completed in 3 days. I am so happy with the results. My house looks great!

Silvia came to our house for complimentary consultation. She gave great suggestions on colors, encouraged us to go in a direction we weren't planning and discouraged us from what would have been a bad expensive decision. She has great vision and the ability to know what will work best in each space. Her staff were prompt, very professional and very skilled. The quality and detail of work was exceptional. All the walls were cleaned before painting began. Every day they left all their equipment and tools very neatly to the side and cleaned thoroughly. As the work progressed, we were so pleased we kept adding additional rooms to the job. Our house now looks brand new. I would let Silvia's team paint again any time. It's absolutely beautiful.

I was able to get the quote one day and the work done the next which really fit my schedule. The workers showed up right on time and got right to work. They moved the furniture they needed to get their equipment in place. They they covered everything with drop clothes. Everything went very smoothly and with in 5 hours they were done painting and started cleaning up and moving the furniture back into place. I able very happy with their quality of work and will use them again in the future.

Sylvia came out quickly to give us estimate on wall painting on all rooms, except kitchen, closets and living room; plus fixing and painting leak area on ceiling of 3 rooms. She is a color expert and she picked the most beatiful blue and yellow for bedrooms. She wont choose the subpar paint quality. Her choise of paint line is using high end quality paint. She scheduled her 2 workers for 3.5 days, but they finished the job early in 3 days. I trust her workers and left them the house key as we go to work early. They clean up everything after their work each day. The works are beautiful, clean, and and crisp, and two coats of paint applied. I am very satisfied with this and will not hesitate to call her next time for exterior painting. Thank you, Sylvia for being very professional and patient; thanks to your team as well, they are courteous and well manner.

Mario and Salvador did a fantastic job, details for cross on ceiling was done as requested and baseboards and crown molding were stained pure white as requested.

We got 3 different bids from painting companies, and Signature Effects was by far the most reasonable. Sylvia came out quickly and wrote up the bid. She explained in detail what would occur, and she even gave me some color tips! I scheduled the workers. They were great!! Punctual, clean, did a beautiful job. There were polite and quiet. We even left them alone in the house several times during the 2 days of work. Their clean up was fantastic. I can't say enough good things about this company!

Freddy's did and excellent job. I use a lot of homer maintenance people and Freddy's ranks as the top of the list. The work done was of the highest quality and the painters paid attention to every detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Freddy's to anyone.

Fantastic work. I would not hire another painter in the Houston area. They are prompt, clean and fast. They always seem to go the extra mile. This is the 3rd time we've hired Sylvia and will be using them again in the spring to paint the outside of the house.

I think Sylvia San Jose, is the owner, I'm just not sure. She's the one that comes out and does the estimate and she's the one I dealt with on any questions or anything I've had. She's just very professional, very helpful and she came out and discussed ideas with my wife about colors and this and that. They have good customer service. The crew of people that she sent was pretty good quality and fairly neat on their work. I really have no complaints.

Mauricio arrived early this morning (prior to scheduled time, not a problem). Asked to see what needed to be done and he proceeded to get samples of the ceiling (2 colors) and prepped the damaged areas and went to get the color matched. He wasted no time at all getting going. He attempted to only blend the one room ceiling, but as it was drying you could see the difference between the old/new paint. Called Silvia to get an estimate to paint the entire ceiling in that room before Mauricio finished up. Extra money was worth it to have the full ceiling painted and all flow. All done in about 5 hours to Repair Master ceiling & paint; repair ceiling above commode and paint the entire master bath ceiling; paint the hallway ceiling; repair and paint my office ceiling and repair the living room ceiling and then paint remaining living/family room ceiling.
