They were requested to come clean my storage building and my chimney. They quoted a price. When they arrived, they asked if we needed anything else cleaned and were told what they could clean. My husband did not realize that that additional work doubled our price. They should have made it clear that the additional work was not included in the original pricing. Our mistake - we learned.,

The crew from Shine, were on time, and very personable. They cleaned both the inside and outside windows, and screens. They also power washed our driveway and back patio. The windows sparkle and the drive way looks brand new. Very pleased with how things turned out.

They were on time, the cost was reasonable and they their customer service was great. One of the screens was torn (by the tech) and he was honest, took responsibility and had the screen fixed without any hesitation.
