Excellent customer service from start to finish. The Initial visit for quote went well, all services were described and he was not pushy. The guys who came to do the work were a great team together. I felt very comfortable with their expertise. I couldn't believe they were so fearless on the roof. They went above and beyond to remove a drainage pipe to properlly clear it out and notified me of a minor issue they observed. I will definitely consider their recommendations. It rained the next day and we could instantly see the drastic differance in how water flows and pools on the grounds our home. I am considering them to power wash our driveway and sidwalks if we dont replace.

This is the second time I have had my windows cleaned since moving in a 3 story town home near downtown. I was surprised at the process Shine took after viewing their web site! Their web site clearly shows a worker on a ladder cleaning the windows and a Squeegee running across the page as you read... THIS IS NOT TRUE! When asked the window washers after they started to clean the windows, they indicated they use only ?deionized water? and a brush to clean the windows! I should have told them to leave IMMEDIATELY! However, I took them on a benefit of doubt and continued with the cleaning. The day they cleaned was February 21st, the days were cloudy and after the cleaning the windows looked shiny. This was not the case once the sun came out the next week!!! The windows still have spots of dirt, imprints of when birds fly into the windows of on the 3rd floor, and streaks of smeared dirt! The cleaning in my opinion was a waste of money. The windows are cleaner then when they started BUT NOT as clean as they should be after a professional cleaning! I will never use this service or another like it that uses deionized water as their special process!!

I thought price was a little high but the staff was courteous and efficient. I saw some unclean edges of a few windows after they left. I will probably use them again because they got the job done quickly.
