Description of Work: They did a roof tune up. I had to call repeatedly until someone came to my house. It took about 3 weeks from the time I ordered and the time they actually did the service. I do acknowledge that there were a lot of rainy days yet when the sun came out they would commit and not service until I hounded them.

Description of Work: Purchased service on March 27! Still haven't received my inspection! Have been contacted by them only 2 times. Understand that it has been raining here in Houston daily for nearly all of May but this company's rep has not called to keep me updated on their schedule. Feel as if this was a ripoff.

Description of Work: Roof was quoted at 4299. Yet when the roofer came out he doubled the size of the sq footage and gave me a price of $9965.00 I FEEL that this was deceptive practice on his part and I think that he saw a woman and felt like he could take advantage of me my husband is totally disabled and I am left to handle matters by my self this was not acceptable to me and I think I SHOULD GET MY REFUND BACK.

Ms. [member name removed]. I'm sorry you feel like we were trying to take advantage of you, but the deal you purchased through Angie's list clearly stated that the $4299 you paid was for 20 squares of shingles, and that if your roof was larger than 20 squares, you would be charged an additional amount. You were told all of this prior to my representative going out there and again after he inspected the roof. Once you received the bid for the additional amount, because your roof was larger, you became upset and my company and Angie's list agreed to refund your money in full. I'm not sure why you would attempt to slander my company because you didn't read or understand the deal.

Remedy Roofing is a great company. There were a few problems but they did stand by their work and fixed everything. This is a very honest company and I think it is great that I got a seven year leak free warranty.
Description of Work: Remedy Roofing removed and replaced the shingles on my 1800 square foot house. The job took two to three months to complete.

Remedy did a great job. Austin the sales representative, and John Sirizzotti, were prompt, pleasant, and forthright with his estimate. After reviewing three other quotes, Remedy had the most reasonable pricing. We chose Remedy based upon the pricing, and recommendations we had received from our coworkers. Remedy finished the job in a day and a half, and completely picked up afterwords. I was most impressed by them not charging us for a change we made.
Description of Work: They tore off an old roof down to the wood base. They re-shingled it with 30 year shingles, using 30# felt, installed ridge vents and cleaned up.
