They did a great job and met my schedule perfectly. Jason was a huge help in the completion of the task on time. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Very easy - called in, explained need, met with person to assess roof and estimate repair costs, scheduled appointment, crew showed up as scheduled and took care of the problem. They get extra points for telling me I should also have a qualified stone mason look at my chimney as it was showing signs of age and the mortar was missing in places.

It went great. It only took about 3 days, but the crew led by Clay worked around our schedules to keep any interference to a minimum. Cleaned up completely when done and never new they were there. After several good rainfalls, it such a relief not to see the wet spots on our ceiling tiles. Best part is about 3-4 weeks later they sent our a roof engineer to inspect the work. He saw a couple of spots that need some work and sent the crew back out to complete the work. Great company and great service

Very well. They showed up early each morning and waited for the sun to come up and did not go home until dark. We were very pleased with our new roof.

Buyer Beware! Be sure you get everything in writing from Remedy Roofing! Remedy was highly recommended to us for our roof replacement (after hail damage). We were promised things that were not done and mislead through the whole experience. I tried numerous times to resolve this with management but to no avail. I called a number of times and asked to speak to the owner and was told that he was either in a meeting or not there. I was given to the general manager who did nothing for me but back up the salesperson. Lesson learned for us. Get everything in writing that a roofing salesman tells you during his pitch. This was an extremely stressful and frustrating experience for us and we would no recommend.

The provider arrived as scheduled and performed a cursory inspection of the interior and exterior of the roof. He also provided some advice on dealing with an insurance adjuster. However, it was really just a sales call I paid $49 for.

We bought the $49 roof tune up as I noticed some flashing that had already been repaired by the builder was lifting up again and wanted this repaired. Instead I paid $49 for what is really a free roof inspection and was told I needed an entire new roof from hail damage at over $10,000. We have had no hail and are the original owners, so got a second opinion. The 2nd roofer said our roof was fine with very minor hail damage on a few shingles and some shingles showing some minor damage from when it was installed. They said we do not need a new roof, and that they could fix the area that is cosmetic only for $215 which is their minimum for any of their repairs. So I contacted Remedy back again and said we are not interested in replacing our entire roof but only wanted this cosmetic repair in hopes that I could use the $100 credit that I purchased on angies list. The 2nd estimate from remedy was over $1500 to replace the entire small area above the garage that only needs flashing screwed back down. I asked a 3rd time if I could get an estimate to just fix this one area that I did not want the entire area replaced. If we had a ladder tall enough we wold fix ourselves. And if they could show me proof that their was reason to replace this entire section of the roof instead of repairing it maybe it would be worth it. We have had no leaking and so I see no need for the entire area to be replaced. Again the 2nd opinion roofer that was not Remedy said it was cosmetic. Jason has never got back with me on this repair estimate. So bottom line I wasted $49 for a "tune-up" which was really just a free estimate and was told I had significant hail damage when I do not. I paid nothing for the 2nd opinion roofer that told me my roof was fine. And I am still in need of some flashing nailed/screwed down before any leak occurs. It was a waste of my time and money purchasing this "Angies Deal"

They were very responsive and gave me various options. I did not feel that they were trying to sell me on the most expensive option at all!

They initially said they couldn't do the roof inspection as the pitch was too steep. I hoped to use the credit as part of the deal I purchased to replace my garage roof. They said they would come back with an estimate. I contacted them at least 8 times to chase them up and they continued to be unresponsive. They then contacted me on Memorial Day weekend and said they hoped to reset the project and start again, promising that they would call me back the following Tuesday. I did not hear back from them and after contacting them again they continued to be unresponsive.

Turned out my water heater was manufactured in 1998 even though the house wasn't built until 2003... Chris was great...took and emailed me the pictures of the areas where my hot water heater was rusted, explained to me my options and problems the flushing might cause...so I decided to skip the flush just in case the rust was holding it together and went with just the inspection. He inspected the rest of the house and gave me estimates for two options on replacing the water heater. Chris and Matt were very professional and I appreciate their time and explanations.

They provided a very good service, very prompt, and did the job very well.

They do not service my service area, so I got a refund and purchased another one.

Lack of communication within the company -- did not know were offering an Angie's deal and did not know what exactly was being offered in the Angie's big deal. Miscommunication between salesman and the repair man. Repair guy did not know what all he had to do and had to come and go in order to complete job. On paper the company looks like they are a really good option for roofing, but I won't use them again.

I had purchased a big deal for the service. The service worked out okay. The biggest problem we had was scheduling an appointment. There were some issues with the way the coupon was stated. It clearly stated that it was $200 for any kind of roofing repair, but when they came they said that is not what the coupon was supposed to be. It was just supposed to be $200 off. They were able to honor the coupon, but they said it was a mistake on Angie's List. They did not charge me anything additional. It took me a long time to get someone to come out.

Inspection was done 2 days after "package-purchase" as filled on Angieslist; repair was done next day!

Inspection and repairs, were performed on the day commited, once we were able to arrange at a date. Using email with company via Angie's List, was more effective than leaving phone messages with company representative identified. The two men that showed up were very professional, communicating what they would do, and what they actually did, prior to leaving. They caulked the water leak that was my main concern, as well as nail head pop-ups and some exit vent areas.

Getting the initial consultation done was a bit hairy due to notes lost on iPhone and having a hard time getting a tall enough ladder, but ultimately they were very nice to work with and friendly. I can tell they cared about their customers and worked hard to get the work done on my time schedule. They explained everything they were doing and why and we were able to align on a fair price. Overall I felt like I could trust them.

Someone came out and looked at it very quickly and promptly. He wasn't familiar with tile roofs. He said he'd call me back after talking to his boss. He didn't, so I called him back. He said he'd call me back in 5 minutes and he hasn't called back in 2 weeks. They were all very nice, but just didn’t follow through, so I’m getting a refund.

They went up to inspect the roof and when he came down he showed me all the things he had done and presented me with a bill. I had assumed he would discuss and get approval for any repairs necessary and the cost. I paid him but I told him I wasn't used to people doing business that way. I think they did a good job.

After several back and forth phone calls we were able to set up a meeting. They (2 guys) arrived around 2pm on a Monday afternoon. They went upstairs to the roof and set up a ladder and inspected the roof (one guy did this). I was told that one small part of the roof needed new shingles which I had suspected and been confirmed. They were overall pleasant to deal with but I had the sneaky feeling they were going to sock it to me in the estimate which arrived in 2 days. The estimate was $850 which was much higher than my family's budget as well as much higher than the 2 other estimates which I had other people come over. As a Texas public servant I only make a paycheck 9 months of the year (yes you guessed it, I am in education). I don't make any money for the months of July, August and September. So I definitely have some strain with my bank account and even though I explained this to the boss (Joseph Rivera) he seemed unmoved and couldn't help me. I think $850 is quite unreasonable especially when the other two roofers had much lower estimates. Additionally, when I bought this $49 deal there was supposed to be a $100 credit. Joseph never mentioned the $100 credit in his email for the estimate so actually it should be $750 not $850. Still higher than the other 2 estimates so I guess I will not be hiring them. I do think it is unreasonable and unprofessional of them to charge a very high rate for such a small job to do but business is business. Thanks for checking out the roof for $49 however.
