The guy's name was Seth, he was the manager. They did a really good job. I think their workers were from South America. They were here very early. They worked all day for 2 days, basically from sunrise to sunset. They're very good workers. The manager, Seth, was extremely nice. He even sent us a postcard 6 months later which I thought was really nice. It was a good price.

Greg was here every day making sure everything went well. The men were all punctual and the roof was repaired in the allotted time. We were very pleased with all of the work and would hire them again.

He was very punctual, he was here and hands on. Got everything done quickly and everything is beautiful.

my new house. Fixed the roof on my old house and basically built me a new horse barn. Did an outstanding job. Hopefully I don't have to use them again anytime soon however I would most certainly do so if needed. Outstanding job!

The owner of Remedy Roofing was so kind to come out and provide my client his analysis and opinion on a roof that had failed the inspection report for a home sale. He went above and beyond to help the home owner resolve this issue with the previous roofers and insurance agent. He did replace the roof and did an excellent "RUSH" job working overtime to complete.

They worked directly with our insurance carrier, and all I had to do was write a check AFTER I received payment from my insurance carrier. They did not ask for any partial payment before the work. When finished, they used a magnetized rake to get any loose roofing nails off the lawn, and thoroughly cleaned up all other waste. These guys were good and most importantly, honest.

My experience with Remedy Roofing was really great. I was referred to them from friends that had their roof replaced. Unfortunately, my prior experience with local roofers was very poor (I felt I was spoken down to because I was female). Needless to say, those companies did not get my business. Joel drove in from Houston to meet with me and my insurance agent for the inspection. My insurance agreed that the roof needed to be replaced. Joel guided me through the process and was very helpful. The replacement was quickly scheduled. The product was dropped off the night before. They were short shingles so the roof took an extra day to complete. There were a couple small cosmetic concerns that I discussed with Joel and they were quickly resolved. My only issue was the workers trashed my front yard and plants. They did clean up all the trash but I was not pleased driving up to my home with trash all over the yard (not roof materials). They covered some plants but there were still materials on other plants. Overall, I would recommend Remedy and use them again.

Service was performed on time and satisfactory. Overall satisfied with service. However, several minor followup items required several calls to scheduled and complete.

The owner was responsive. Pricing was very fair. The person did a good job installing the new fans. I would definitely use them again for any roofing issues.

Remedy Roofing has done repairs on the roof of 3 homes that I own (my own residence plus two rental properties) to the tune of approx. $2,000 total in the past year. We got a 2 year labor warranty on two of the repairs that were performed on 10/15/12. One of my rental properties had a leak from a storm in mid September this year, in the exact same spot, causing damage to the ceiling, crown molding, and wall of the master bedroom. The roof repair they did a year ago was for $375 but the sheet rock repair was significantly more expensive. I called them on 10/01/13 and asked them to take a look at it to have it repaired right this time. I had to wait almost three weeks on this texted estimate (received 10/19/13) and the total for the repairs was going to be $2,485. This is more than six times what the repairs had cost us a year ago!!! What is the 2 year labor warranty for then? How about fixing it right the first time around? Should I go ahead and repair the damage to the ceiling, crown molding and wall in the master bedroom, or wait for it to maybe leak again? I decided to ask for a second opinion from another local roofing company and their estimate came back at $475. A month after my initial contact with Remedy Roofing I have yet to receive an official estimate for signatures to even start the repairs. Considering the fact that they were not going to honor their 2 year labor warranty and instead charge me six times more for the repairs to get done right, I would say take your business somewhere else.

We had hail damage that caused leaking into the house. We received three bids and Remedy Roofing had comparable pricing. We chose them because the person who came out was very friendly and informative. He was personable and we felt confident with him. He handled everything with our insurance as well. They did a good job and we were happy with their service. They did an excellent clean up and did not leave anything in the yard. He even showed us before and after pictures of the roof on our two story home.

They have done a great job. I like that I do not have to worry about the quality. One of their workers got sick and hid behind our air conditioner. I brought the issue to the supervisor’s attention and he was extremely apologetic and nice about the situation. We have not had any issues with any of our roofs. I was referred to them by a neighbor who has also never had any issues with their roof.

They completed the project in less than a week. I sold the house shortly after the roof was repaired so I am unsure how the quality is.

The work crew was excellent. They arrived when they said they would. The crew worked steadily thru the day & completed the job. They were pleasant to work with, and they thoroughly cleaned up the property after the job was completed.

We put in a ridge roof in 3 spots for ventilation. We had a different type of shingles put on to lower our insurance. Also, we got ice protection. I was really impressed. They removed some vents and made sure to fill the areas in correctly instead of just patching it with a board. Over the garage several boards had to be replaced after storm damage as well. My husband is very picky and he is pleased with the project. They have a project manager that you work with the entire time that is on property during the project. One person is your go to for all questions concerning the project, insurance, and anything else. He caught some problems and fixed them and made sure to let us know about everything. They were here all the days they said they would be here. They brought in extra people to rake our yard to make sure no nails or debris were on the ground during a birthday party we had.

For the most part it went okay. I think the price was okay but I remember they were giving referral bonuses and stuff so we got $800 for referral bonuses. I think we referred like eight people or something like that so that impacted the price quite a bit. They were average.

He came out about a month after he installed the roof to inspect it after the first rain. The roof is beautiful, I could not have asked for anything better. Everything went wonderful; the employees were professional and clean.

Initially they were helpful in assessing storm damage, but later were hesitant to provide a firm quote for total cost of replacement. It also seemed that other roofs they replaced did not look as good as those done by other companies.

It was great. They were punctual and very friendly. They cleaned up very well.

This is the best roof I have had out of the past 4 roofs. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were professional. They were great and kept me informed on everything that was going on. The supervisor, Russell was out here every day or called to check up to keep me informed.

They did a pretty good job. We are working on a few things with them and they have been very willing to work with us. The contact Clyde Odor was very attentive and responsive.

We are in a dispute with our insurance company right now. The quote looks good and we feel confident in what they are doing. So far I am very pleased with everything they are doing. They have been very helpful and available. I plan to use them but I have to wait while I am battling it out with the insurance company. I'm hoping to use them in September. Joey is the gentleman I've been working with and he has been very helpful.

The only person that worked for Remedy Roofing that we talked to was the salesman. Everybody else that shows up that say they’re from the company is Spanish speaking hired off the street it would appear. So you end up with a crew that may or may not know what they heck they are doing. The first installation was incorrect. They didn’t remove the old roof which they should have done. So they have to go back and rip up what they have installed plus the original roofing. They didn’t get it completed before big rainstorm and they managed to flood the attic over our garage. When we woke up the morning after the rain, the garage ceiling was on our car. Two months later after a great deal of back and forth shouting, we managed to get them off of our property and finished the repair work with some professional painters so that we can get back to living again. It was an absolute disaster.

The Remedy Roofing people and salesman (Troy Goldreyer) were great, working well with us and the insurance company. The crew they used was awesome - quick with great work. They even carefully handled the removal and replacement of our solar water heater panel and satellite dish. Clean up was done quickly and thoroughly. They made several sweeps around the house with their magnet to make sure they left no nails or other debris behind. Passed the Windstorm inspection with no issues. The roof that was damaged would have been 2 years old in June. Because of the "lay down" issue and other problems we had with the Owens Corning shingles put on our roof in June 2011, we decided we would never use their product again. The replacement shingles are GAF Timberline HD. The Timberline looks much nicer than the Owens Corning, and there is no "lay down" issue. We are off to a much better start.
