I have used them several times. They are always prompt, get the work done quickly, and prices seem reasonable. This is the second garage door opener they have replaced. Very pleased with their work.

+ -1 moreCalled early Friday afternoon and they were out around 6:00pm. Performed the work professionally and price was as quoted over the phone. Lubricated all of the moving parts on the door at no extra charge and advised on how I can perform some simple maintenance myself to help the door run smoothly and last longer. Door operates very smoothly and is quieter than it has been in 15 years. Overall, very pleased with the experience and would recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreGarage door opener was malfunctioning. Called another company from blind search on the internet, and they came, spent 1 hour, and didn't fix it--gave me a quote for $500 to replace opener. Joined Angies List, selected Payless based on other reviews, they came and repaired the closer for $175--now it's working fine. The only problem was they were late for the appointment.
