Description of Work: i had a faucet that needed tightening. A sink in a bathroom that needed to find the reason for standing water ( they said they would flush out the AC with Clorox). I also had a toilet that needed a new flusher. i had bought a coupon that was supposed to cover the check-up, & I feel this cost was way over the expected amount.

Description of Work: Replacement of water softener in the garage. Went well, but they didn't remove the old water softener and wanted an extra $100 to do so. I thought the price to replace the old softener with essentially the same model was rather high, but otherwise the representatives did a good job.

Description of Work: Install water heater, fixed leak, install water softener. The work done were Ok. I had to call them back though to adjust water heater. It was taking too long to get the water hot. Price is very expensive. They always find something wrong but I did not let them fix it. I got second opinion.

Description of Work: The gentleman was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. The only concern I have is I felt the cost was too high. They just had to replace a small piece to our shower handle. Other than the cost, I felt the service was very good!

Description of Work: Fixed leaking toilet. Plumber was knowledgeable, showed and explained to me what was wrong. When he completed the project, he sprayed the floor with disinfectant and took out the trash. I will use this company again.

Description of Work: Don repaired the hot water line in the kitchen which was leaking. He took care to do as little structural damage as possible by dropping the new line from the attic rather than opening up a wall. He was very helpful and professional. I am very happy with my experience with MET plumbing. I gave them an A on the price but I am not really sure whether the price was competitive or not.

Description of Work: Re-routed A/C overflow to code. Took out old water conditioner and osmosis and installed a new system. Very happy!! Plumbers awesome guys!

Description of Work: John Simmons arrived for after hours apt at my place of business and was fantastic! His work enabled me to sleep well knowing that our office was in good shape for the next day.

Description of Work: The plumber came to trim the clean out pipe in the laundry room. It extended about 6-7 inches out from the wall. We wanted it to be trimmed to be flush with the wall but was advised to trim it to 3 inches. We took the advise, the pipe was cut and recapped. The service was great and we are happy with the work.

Description of Work: They were supposed to come in the morning, but got delayed and wouldn't have been able to show up until the afternoon. | |I spoke with the manager and he rescheduled and waived the fee for drive time. They showed up promptly the following day.

Description of Work: Came over and looked at stopped up sink. Although the sink was clear by the time they got there, he was very professional and went through things to look out for in our new house. We will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Byron came out was very nice and professional; he looked over the house and walked me through his report at the end. He gave me details over each item he found and how/what/why to fix it. He was in an out in less than an hour.

Description of Work: Repaired leaking connection from water meter into the house. Went very well. Technician was on-time and work was done as described.

Description of Work: Unclogged a very clogged sink. Replaced 13 year old garbage disposal. From the time I called the office to schedule until the time they finished the work I was met with courteous, professional service. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again!
