Description of Work: Both shut off valve under this sink was replaced. Plumber was extremely professional and cordial and he did the work promptly and accurately. However, I felt the price was way too steep.

Description of Work: They replaced an outdoor faucet and all parts inside toilet, resealed tank to toilet bowl and replaced water line from wall to toilet. They are a great company and put a lot of attention in making sure their customers are happy. However, I feel $398 to replace $40 (max) worth of parts on a toilet was very expensive. Based on time and our family schedule at the time I went ahead and let them do the 40 mins worth of work, but will definitely look for a plumbing company that is more reasonable in the future.

Description of Work: I had a plumbing job for which they made an estimate. They were on time for the appointment and made a thorough evaluation of the situation. However, I did not use them because they're estimated cost of repair was entirely too high in my estimation.

Description of Work: Won't give basic pricing for a standard water heater replacement even after stating the price would not be firm if their was something unusual about the install. Wants to charge a fee to look and waste all the time and effort if price is out of market. Every business has a ballpark idea to replace a 40 Gal tall Gas water heater in a addict - just wanted the ballpark price. Refused to give that. Don't do business with Co. That can't give a 'ballpark' within a $100 or so for a standard job.

Description of Work: Two young guys from Met Plumbing was courteous and well uniformed. One guy glimpse at the unit, checking the labels, asked a few questions how old the unit and said the unit was too old and needs to be replaced. I told him unit was working fine until I fill up the reservoir with in a new salt bags. Met Plumbing representative did not provide me with a good reason why its not running no more, but to said its an old machine and gave me options to either get their expensive watersoftner systems or get it from elsewhere...very nicely and professionally explained it though. Some efforts of testing the unit may have me pleased. $59 dollar was wasted. Maybe a $49 watersoftner tune-up service would have been better choice for me. I may call them again for a plumbing problem if there is a special promo, but not for other matters.

Description of Work: It turns out that we needed a landscaping company to deal with the problem since it had to do with an underground watering system.

Description of Work: Complete new whole-house repipe using PEX; including softener and whole-house filter system.

Description of Work: Installed a high value glass sink in bath. They took extra care and installed it correctly in much less time than expected. Excellent quality work and professionalism.
