I called around 9 AM and was able to get a plumber that afternoon - Marion, the owner gave me a time range of Noon - 2 PM and the plumbers showed up prior to 2 PM. Even though it was not wet outside the two plumbers put covers over their shoes to ensure they did not bring dirt into the house. I received a quote, $225 less the $10 Angies List coupon, prior to the work being done - - this is comparable or better than what I normally pay ARS and the service was much better!! John, the plumber, was very polite, friendly and professional. The other plumber, who was working as an apprentice, was more reserved but was very polite and professional - - I later found out the apprentice was the shop owner's son. Marion called me later in the day to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the service I received. I will definetly call MET Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

His name was Marion Tucker. He spent one full afternoon and half of a morning with me so I thought his prices were very reasonable. They are very reliable and they stay with the job until it is finished. They explain what they are doing. I would use them again in a New York second. They were very open and forthcoming. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He was very responsive.

Marion gave me a free estimate before doing the work. His amount was very competitive with estimates from other plumbers. He and his son did the work in a very professional manner and cleaned up after finishing. It took them about four hours to do the installations.

It went very well,. damage to the lawn was minimized and looked as if nothing happened a couple weeks later. I though price was excellent, compared to what I had paid in the past with other plumbers (Crown, Roto Rooter, etc...). Marion was running late, but he called me to apprise me of the situation, and showed up at 8pm and worked in the dark!

He made what we thought was a thorough examination of our plumbing systems, inside and out. It went well.

Marion and his son were fast, efficient and very polite. Overall, great company to keep in mind for future plumbing needs.

They were punctual and reliable. They were very professional. When they were working in the house they wore booties so they didn't leave marks on the carpet. They cleaned up all their work after everytime they worked on my bathroom. They were very professional people. I would highly recommend them.

The project went very well. Since the fixtures were old, it took a little more time than planned. The guys worked to make sure the water was only off for a short period of time. And since they had to come back the next day, they made sure the master bath was complete before leaving. They also cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. They did a great job.

A fantastic experience. We can't say enough about Marion, his price was not much over Home Depot with a much better quality water heater and the BEST customer service. He was extremely conscientious that our carpets had just been cleaned - you never would have known he was there! Marion went above and beyond on this job. We only use him from now on with any plumbing issues. For the quality of work and the experience you get, his price really was right on.

Began to see overflow water on the driveway Saturday evening. Checked the attic. Yep, water in the drip pan. Turned it all off. Why do things break on the weekend. Called Met on Sunday, figuring they really couldn't do anything until Monday since suppliers are closed on Sunday. Yep, that was the case. No problem, that's just the way it is. Since I had turned everything off myself, there was no need for him to come out to tell me what I already knew. I asked for a ballpark estimate for replacing a water heater with the understanding that he hadn't seen anything yet. He said probably around a thousand. About what I thought it would cost. He said he would be there at 9 am Monday. He showed up about 10 minutes early, confirmed my diagnosis, and left for parts and another man. I was most impressed by several things. They put down canvas the entire way from the attic entrance on the second floor to the front door to keep my carpet and floors clean, they bundled and hung some wires in the attic that were in the way, they noticed a hand-hold for getting into the attic was cracked and they fixed it, and they swept up the insulation that fell out of the attic. It took longer than I was thinking it might, but it's awfully hot in the attic this time of year. I was very pleased with the work. He had only one other review on the list, but it was a good review from a repeat customer. That means a lot to me when I'm looking for a contractor.

Marion and his helper (who he mentioned later was his son) arrived well within the time window we had pre-arranged. He had all the necessary gear (except for one faucet which was the wrong size, but he ran to a local hardware store to get that). They checked all the places they worked on for leaks. They left the place very clean and did a very thorough job. I have used him in the past and will definitely use him again.
