MET Plumbing

Our interaction with them went quite well and they were very responsive but they were just very pricey; we could have bought a new toilet for what they charged. They were professional and followed up with their word. We would give them a good recommendation but would not use them until their price gets better. We need to get something done right now but we are not calling them.

I called to schedule the repair and the person on the phone was courteous. The workmen came on time and did a great job and even did a little extra (they repaired some grout).

My experience went very well. The receptionist was friendly and schedule our appointment for 3-6 window on Saturday. She called back at 5:30 and said it would be 6:30 before they could be out. The plumber (Bud) arrived around 6:30 as promised. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable with the work. We had a little sticker shock on the price. Price included a "preferred" customer service plan (99.00). This gives 1 year at 15% off list price for services, so it was a wash to get the plan. It also includes a water heater flush service. We accepted and scheduled the work for the next day. I had to go to lowes to buy the parts because his plumbing suppy was not open on weekends. This was okay because it allowed us to pick out the fixture we wanted. He showed up around 1 PM on Sunday and by 4PM the work was completed. One problem was that the access panel was not properly located so he had to cut the sheet rock to access the valve. I will have to repair this myself.

They were very conscientious about cleaning up and they were very careful in the house. They explained what they were going to do before they did it.

I didn’t have the least bit of problem with them. They were punctual and very professional.

The receptionist was AWESOME. She was calm, friendly, reassuring, patient and nice. I called on a Sunday night and she was able to schedule me for the next day. The technicians arrived within the promised time frame. They were friendly and polite. But they could not be certain as to why my pilot light would not remain lit. The cost of fixing the two parts they suspected to be the culprit would have cost only slightly lower than replacing the whole thing. Since the water heater was already 5 years old, I opted to have it replaced. The replacement had to be delivered but it seemed to take no time at all. They drained the old one, removed it and replaced the new one lickity split. And just as fast my new water heater was pumping out hot water. It was fast, quick and relatively painless.

Went Very well. This is a rental I own so I arranged for MET to call my tenant. The whole thing was handled seamlessly and I just paid the bill at the end. The owner (Marion) is very reasonable and flexible and his people always do a great job.

I was surprised how fast I could schedule an appointment with MET. I received a call when the plumber was 30 minutes out. David showed up at appointed time, which is a pleasure considering the other big plumbing services where they give you a time window . . . "somewhere in there." The faucet head was metal and the pipe was PVC; additionally, the pipe could be pulled out from the wall, so it needed to be secured. It took David all of 20 minutes to replace the head and seal the pipe in the wall. Fast, excellent job.

I had a similar leak in another location in January of 2011. Paid $225 then, which I thought was a bit low. Same service this time, but was charged $700. I can no longer recommend this provider due to price. I believe in paying a far price, but $700 for 2 hours worth of work and less than $20 worth of parts is exhorbitant.

They did a very excellent job...explained everything and made suggestions on things that need to be done. They were very professional.

They were very good. He actually solved a problem that various other companies were not able to. He was also reasonably priced.

They came on time, they were quick and clean and answered all of my questions. They wrote in detail on the invoice so I can submit it to my home warranty company. Very professional and I would use them again!

I requested an estimate and Met plumbing owner came to my house, looked at the situation and gave me a very reasonable estimate at no charge. The work was scheduled and later done in one-half day. All work was done satisfactorily.

I thought they did a good job and it was quick. I also used them on 2/1/2012 and that bill was $392 for a fast fix of one bathroom faucet and installation of new kitchen faucet (includes $80 for one year service agreement). I think they need to review their pricing because it's really high compared to my former plumber who retired. I know it's a tough business but too many plumbing companies stick it to the customer as is and more reasonable rates matter. I'll use them again but not without negotiating the costs first.

Had an inecperienced helper, but the overall experinece was good, nd the company worked with me on several issues.

I called to get a qoute on repairing or replacing a shower valve. They came out to look at it and qouted two options = one for repairing and one for replacing. They were very professional. I did not hire them but went with another contractor that was less expensive.

It went so perfectly, we couldn't be happier. Very professional and personable. Great communication, clean and tidy. Would definitely use again, as well as recommend to others. Thank-you, MET.

The receptionist was very professional and polite. The response was immediate and the team was on time. The plumbers were very friendly, answered my questions and explained the repair. The work was completed quickly. It was a bit expensive but plumbing repairs always seem to cost more than they should.

The Technicians were fansatic. I couldn't have been more pleased. They addressed my concerns.

Wonderful, and it could not be better.

On the scheduled service day John and a helper arrived on time. They removed the five old faucets and installed the five new sets. The old faucets and assemblies had been in place for 17 years and some were really difficult to remove. Watching these professionals handle the job made me feel good about my decision to hire them. When they finished the job they cleaned each work area and triple checked for proper operation and no leaks. While I consider myself pretty frugal, Met Plumbing offered a competitive bid, were professional, and overall we are very happy with their performance and will use them again.

Both jobs went incredibly well. The first visit was just David; on the second job he required a partner for the installations. Both times he arrived on time and didn't leave until he'd spoken with me and all work was completed to my satisfaction. Jobsites were always left clean. The water heater was a difficult installation under the eves of the attic that also required moving & replacing air ducts, all was done efficiently and without damage. New sink is deeper than the original and David explained they had to adjust pipes underneath to accommodate. He also made sure I purchased a disposal that would fit the smaller space, and everything turned out perfectly. Overall, I received superior service from the first moment Joanna answered my phone call (warm, gracious & detail-oriented!) to final installation, and I was very impressed with the level of professionalism from their entire staff. David was polite, friendly and most importantly very knowledgeable about his trade. Prices may be slightly higher than I've paid others in the past but certainly within reason, and I believe you get what you pay for! I will use their services again and would highly recommend MET Plumbing to others - it's obvious the owner runs a top-down service-oriented professional organization of which he can be proud.

He fixed them and then told me to pour a little bleach in the sinks every month or so and they would drain just fine.My husband was out of town at the time and he was very pleased with Met Plumbing's price. I will use MET Plumbing everytime I have a plumbing problem, and I have recommended them to all of my friends and family.
