The technician was showed up when he said he would and assessed the job. He was going to have to cut an additional hole in my tub surrounding, because I wanted to add a sprayer and he did not feel comfortable doing that himself, so he rescheduled for my next convenient day to bring someone that could cut the tub. He was going to replace the sink faucets; however, upon opening the box we realized that we did not have the correct faucets. Even though I supplied the faucets, he ordered the correct one and was going to pick it up and bring it with him when he replaced the tub faucet. On the day that they showed up to replace the tub faucet; again, they were on time. Since I did not have a panel on my tub that they could open, the had to cut a hole in the wall. They explained everything to me before proceeding. They put tarps down and kept the mess to a minimum. Even though the job turned out to be larger than originally expected, they charged the original price; which was equivalent to less than other contractors. The technicians were very polite and knowledgeable! I would definitely use them again.

I had a leaking faucet in the master bath for which I could not get a part (planned obsolescence on the part of plumbing manufacturers, I guess). I purchased replacements for both. I called MET based on their Angie's List reviews. The 2 plumbers were prompt, courteous, neat, speedy. I will hire again if the need arises.

It went very well-- they came when they promised the first day to inspect and indicate what was needed for the job. I gave them a maintenance key (I trust these folks to work on my home and rental unit). After that they only called to tell me they were done! Everything works great! This was an awkward location (a small platform above a dryer). They were extremely professional and didn't try to upsell me and I didn't miss a minute of work! I would definitely use them again!

The technician, Byron, had visited us before in our old home. This time we had an issue with the shower in our new home (no hot water). Byron was there on time, quickly assessed the problem, told me how much it would cost to repair before he started any work, and then proceeded to fix it promptly. Great service and I would highly recommend.

MET Plumbing was great! First of all, the company we originally contracted to install the hot water heaters showed up with the wrong size hot water heaters. Upon telling us they wouldn't fit, they tried to sell us on tankless water heaters by saying our attic was not "in code" to install normal tank water heaters. We knew this to not be true thanks to our inspection before purchasing the house. We ended up getting a second opinion (MET Plumbing) and they helped us out quickly, efficiently, and for a competitive price! We were moving in very soon, so they came out to install immediately. The technician was extremely nice and professional. We couldn't have been happier with the service.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of this plumber and his honesty. The only reason I didn't end up using them is because we had an emergency and had a friend refer a plumber that lived right around the corner from us. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know and would have them come to my house under regular circumstances.

They found the best way to tap into the hot water (from the 1/2 bathroom on the other side of the wall) and drain to the toilet. When we wanted the bidet piping moved 3 inches so the bidet would be centered to the wall and existing toilet, they moved it with no complaint. They did a beautiful job and I have already recommended them to one of my neighbors. Byron Avelar was a pleasure to work with!

MET was professional from the very first phone call. They offered a range of times and dates that fit our needs. They told us that they would provide a courtesy call approximately 30 minutes before the plumber arrived: And they did! The plumber was very friendly and professional. Not only did he get right to work (this was as simple a call as he would ever get), but he also made sure that his work was complete and thorough. He even fixed a seal issue under the sink as a matter of fact. We will use MET again.

Met Plumbing sent out John (technician) and Spencer (apprentice) to check out my leaking water heater. John did a very good job of explaining what I needed and for what price. Once these guys went to work installing my new water heater everything went really well. I live in a one story house with the water heater located in the attic. So, my friends, this was not an easy transport. John is very thorough and professional. I did take other bids from companies that were on Angie's List and the BBB. I'm glad I chose Met Plumbing.

They were really good. I would recommend them. They did what needed to be done. The price was reasonable. The quality of work was excellent and they were on time.

Met me on time at the home I recently purchased. The tank hot water heater had leaked and needed to be removed and replaced. Met plumber showed me different hot water heaters tank style and tankless style. I was interested in tankless, but I was dissuaded from going that route although the plumbing on the home had been updated and was to code. I selected a tank style Water heater to be installed and we agreed upon a time. They came and removed the old tank style water heater. The new tank was much larger. They damaged my walls and doors trying to install the new tank. I asked about smaller tanks... And they told me they would all be about the same size.. At this point I was very interested in tankless style. When I asked why the price would be $6,000 dollars, I felt like they did not know what they were doing as they could not explain why it would be so expensive. The tankless units are less than $2000. this was going to be installed in a closet with two exterior accesses and roof access. All of the plumbing was the correct diameter, material so previous pipe work was not needed. ( which he never checked anyway- so wouldn't have known) When I asked if they had any other suggestions as to what to do as now the home is damaged, he remarked "a bull dozer was needed." This is a nice home in the Memorial area. A Bulldozer!!!! really?!?! For a hot water heater??? I was ready for them to leave. This home has tenants living in it, ( the former homeowners.) If I would not have needed hot water that day, I would never had let them move forward. I would not recommend....

It was a little more work than we were expecting but they corrected some previous work, installed a garbage disposal and got the water hooked up to the sink.

I called Met Plumbing and another Angie's List plumber on a weekend after a failed attempt to fix a minor leak at a shower fitting caused a large leak. We had to shut off all water until the leak could be repaired. I immediately called Met Plumbing and another Angie's list vendor. Met Plumbing got back to me first, maybe because I was an existing customer, and came out first thing Monday. They fixed the shower fitting then I asked for a quote to fix the outside water shut off valve. I was pretty sure from my water bills that I had a significant leak somewhere but did not know where. As they were fixing the shut off valve, they had to dig down because it seemed wet and they dug down far enough to find a leak between the sprinkler pipe and the shut off pipe. They showed me the leak and I OK'd the fix. They also discovered a major leak on the water company's side of the line. The water company came the following day and fixed their leak. Both assured me I was not paying for the water companies leak. My water bills returned to normal after they fixed that outside leak. In the process of fixing the bathroom leak, they pointed out another leak above the water heater in the same attic space that was causing the top of my new water heater to rust. We used Alamo Plumbing to install the new water heater because their price was much lower than Met Plumbing for the same job. I'm now thinking it is worth the extra money that Met Plumbing charges for the peace of mind to know the job will be well done. I neglected to finish this review from January service til now and since then I have had Met Plumbing out to fix another leak that turned out not to be a leak but rather a leaking water bottle in my pantry. They found it fairly quickly but had to charge a trip charge (understandably) so my husband consulted on a couple of other issues before we let him go home early. I still am very well pleased with Met Plumbing and their exceptionally high quality of service.

We had asked for the provider to change the wax seal on a toilet, and install new fixtures in a shower. In addition to not providing an estimate over the phone as we had asked for several times (for the specific, above mentioned tasks), the provider called at the end of the estimated arrival time to indicate that they would need to come later. When they finally arrived I again told them the specific tasks needed and was provided a ridiculous quote of $275 to change the wax seal on the toilet and $250 to change the shower fixtures. We did not move forward with their service and will be contacting another provider. Unfortunate that we are now two days behind schedule because they wouldn't just provide an estimate over the phone, and showed up late.

The service man was very professional and kind. MET answered our call immediately and were out to fix our plumbing problems the next day. We will definitely call MET for any future plumbing problems.

We contacted MET plumbing on a Tuesday afternoon and we had a plumber at our house the next morning. MET plumbers come out free of charge to give a quote of the work. The plumber arrived on time and price was reasonable. He was able to get to work right away, and within 20 minutes everything was up and running including some suggestions for ways to keep our disposal from clogging in the future. We also received a follow-up phone call from MET to make sure we were satisfied as well as a Thank You card for using their services. The customer service went above and beyond and we will certainly be using MET for all of our plumbing needs.

I called in middle of night after Home Warrenty plumbing didn't respond. Met called me first thing in A.M. Office people and plumber Justin were great. Justin showed up at appointed time. Stopped water contacted Home Warrenty and reported issue. Next day showed up with new Heater and an assistant. Removed old and installled new heater. Previous plumber has made a mess. Location of heater was extremely tight and awkward location. Pipes had to be cut to remove old heater. He rearranged pipes, installed new shower pan, new heater, adjusted location and hoses so I could drain sediment in future. My dishwasher wasn't cleaning dishes and my Home Warrenty co said it would have to be removed tile cut and reinstalled to correct issue.....Justin whipped out his tools and leveled it and haven't had problem since....no extra charge. This showed me how lazyof ignorant the warrenty people were and how knowlegeable and helpful Justin/Met plumbing were. I was able to use the $50. discount coupon from Angies list. Justin and Met also had to send their invoice more than once to my Warrenty co and deal with them on phone......saving me much stress and time. The only negative issue was a little sheetrock around the heater support was chipped. The heater is and was a 50gal and was in a very tiny difficult area. I was so thrilled with all they did do .I didn't address this issue with Met, yet, so am not sure about solution. I would definintely recommend them. I am very pleased. .

They were very curtious and helpful. Even gave some tips for do it yourself maintainence.

The response to the phone call was rapid, less than two hours for non-emergency call. The plumber was courteous, professional, and honest. It was a pleasure to have him over. Directly repaired with proper parts. I would not hesitate to call them again.

It did not go well at all. He wasn't rude however I could tell that he was aggreviated because he couldn't find the leak. It started leaking again after he left and by that time I was aggrevated with him. It didn't go we'll at all. I ended up calling American Construction and they fixed the problem and it was very reasonable. Note: I am not sure which provider came to my house, but it was one of the three you recommended.

I had no problem when they came. They came as soon as they could. At the moment, it seems like they fixed the problem. Right now, I’m still in the process on calling them again because the same leak that I had before came back again. The guy seems to be okay. He was okay with me. I don’t have problems with him. He seems to be professional. I thought they were a little bit overpriced. They responded to me right away. They called me the same day. They came on time.

The plumber arrived the same day that I called to report a leak in the master water valve. He quickly identified the problem, and had all the parts on hand to replace the valve and tie into the existing plumbing. The charges were explained to me up front, without any last minute surprises. He stayed until the job was done, pipe cement cured, and properly tested. He did a quality and thorough job. I've used them on several occassions, and recommended them to others.

Went well, very professional. Did exactly as promised.
