When he arrived I showed him around the house, telling him about the toilet that leaks because I can't turn the handle to shut off the water, the water into the house I can't turn the handle on, and the 2 outside faucets that won't quite shut off, and the reason for the visit, the backed up sewer line. He couldn't do anything until he worked up an estimate, so I waited. He came back with his paper, started with the outside faucets, over $200 apiece to replace the faucets, $229 I think, but I didn't keep the estimate. I said no way, let's just get on with the sewer cleaning. Then he tried to tell me how much for the sewer line, I objected because I had already paid through Angie's List. I had my receipt. He read it and pointed out that it was for a camera inspection but not cleaning. I went to the web page, the special was for camera inspection, everything else on the page was cleaning with inspection. I hadn't noticed the difference. I considered it misleading, don't know if it was deliberate or not. I asked about working out a compromise, what was the Angie's List price for cleaning. Not his department. I said go ahead and run the camera and let me see what's down there. He said you can't see anything until its cleaned out. So he left. I called Big State, who had the ad next to the one I responded to originally, for $79. He came out, was polite and helpful, was done in 10 minutes.

It was great. I love them. It's the same guy every time.

Both times they were punctual, polite, explained what they were going to do and the cost for the services, and they cleaned up after themselves. Each time we were completely satisfied with their work. We will gladly call them again if we need them!

They were really good but expensive. I had one of the toilets not flashing well a couple of weeks after they left. They came back and fixed it.

Did it in a minimal of time, brought my house up to code, and put in quality parts and work.

The technician showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He worked quickly and explained what he had done. He also pointed out that the plumbing vent pipes on the roof had a potential leak problem and advised me on how to fix it - this was not part of the job he had been called for, and we really appreciated it.

Put our service call on hold for 90 days to see if suggestion worked, rather than trying to go through plumbing to see if a crack had happened in the pipes. Their suggestion worked and we were very satisfied with their work and diagnosis.

Met Plumbing scheduled right away. Byron checked each of our issues, resolved the problem right away, and made recommendations for future issues that we want to address. We have found our plumbers!

Met Plumbing Installed new Gerber cartridge in dripping faucet. Did not fix the problem. Took it out and gave me new estimate for a new moen Chateau tub/shower valve and trim. The estimate was $1215.00. This estimate did not include replacing the tile they would have to bust out. Did not hire them. Was already charged $49.00 trip charge and $388 for the gerber cartridge. Was told to call the office for refund of $388.00. Called the office immediately and was told to call on Monday the 30th as girl that does the Visa charge was at a shower. I phoned on Monday the 30th and was told it would be easier for them to send me a check than credit my Visa card. I have not heard from them since. I did report the charge to Visa. They give no senior discount. I am 84. I will not use them again. I then called a handyman American Tool Box 713-413-3181 (Eric Lagrone) who does excellent tile work. He did an excellent job for $825. I would definitely recommend Eric Lagrone.

They provided excellent work and are not afraid of dogs.

The team was great! 1 guy was working on the garbage disposal & fixing that while the other was working on the gas leaks in the attic. They even wrote down that the home builder had not properly threaded the gas line when the home was built for us 14 years ago. The lead guy on the team also gave us the name of a tile person who remodels showers when an emergency happens. I've used MET Plumbing before & will definitely use them again!

They answered really fast and had good service. I didnt use them because they wanted to charge an extra $50 fee to come out.

The plumber was punctual and very clean and professional. Tried several lower cost options to repair old pressurized toilet without success. Provided me the lowest cost alternative which was a new tank replacement, including all internal hardware and labor. The plumber was very helpful.

It went well. They identified the problem.

Sunday night one of the pipes in our attic sprung a leak and it was literally raining in our bathroom. We had to turn off the water to our house. Monday morning, I was called several places to find someone who could send me a plumber. Met Plumbing sent me a plumber that morning who promptly fixed the problem, and around noon, we had water back on. The pricing was not a bargain, but it was certainly within reason and what I was expecting. Bryon was very professional and did a good job.

The service turned out great, it was fine. We got the discount on it, and we paid a few hundred Dollars. They were very nice, they were neat, and cleaned up after themselves nicely. It was great. The pricing was good, and it was comparable. They came out on a weekend, so we were very pleased. We were totally satisfied.

We are still having the same problem, and no one can figure out how to fix it.

Scheduling my appointment was a breeze. I called ahead knowing the water heater I had was about to go out. The pan was rusted and I just knew I was better safe than sorry. I was offered a next day appointment. I declined and took the day after. I was to receive a call about 30 minuets to arrival. My scheduled time was between 8-11. Guys showed up around 10, took a look at what I had going on, and gave me my options. I never got a call for arrival. I choose the top of the line in REM heaters they offer. I was not looking for a "home depot" special that I would have problems with in the future. 12 years warranty with parts and labor and flood detection. This is what I wanted for my heater since it is located in the attic, 2nd story. They proceed to drain my heater and go pick up the heater I wanted installed. They left around 10:30. Came back within 5 minutes (not quite sure they even got out of the driveway) to say their boss was calling them to go to another job ASAP and take care of it, get my heater and come back. "a couple hours" is what I was told. I was fine with that. I know things come up. Around 1:30, I called and asked for an ETA. The receptionist said I would get a call back. Almost an hour later, the owner called. He wanted to give me my "options". I advised the owner I would request the job be performed ASAP, or someone could come out, disconnect the hose and turn on my heater and my business would go to another company. The work was completed around 7pm. I got new connections and they even took care of minor things I think a large chain might not do such as caulking the vent. I can appreciate attention to detail. No one turned on the gas or the pilot light. So this morning, I still had no hot water. I tried myself before calling them out to light it, but the gas wasn't on. I didn't know this because they did put in a new connection for it. I contacted the owner and the supervisor was here in about 15 minutes to light the pilot. I had hot water in about 45 minutes. At a lower setting than the previous owner of the homes "home depot special". I will say prompt responses even from the owner was fantastic. I think because my situation was not an emergency, I was put on the back burner. What I spent on the heater and labor should have been a priority. Not many people know that if a large chain installs a heater, they usually won't take responsibility for some connections and never notify you of any other issues you could have, simply because they are not in the "scope of the work". I am highly satisfied with this water heater brand. I think the lack of communication and/or amount of available employees was the problem for this particular day. I would contact them in the future for another issue. I would however, have a back up in case of an emergency.

Unclogged drain without causing any other clogs. Ran camera and diagnosed other problem and gave a fair estimate to repair grease clog in the future. Very professional, timely and worth every penny. Will use again!

They came out and re-set the toilet (280.00) but that did not take care of the problem. They put a camera down the pipes and saw that tree limbs had grown through the pipes and that approx. 4 ft. of PVC needed to be replaced. They could not find a clean out. They replaced the pipe and installed a two-way cleanout. They left a huge hole where they had dug and said they would be back to fill it in. They did not come back, so I called and they said they would send someone out that day. Nobody ever showed up and the tenant filled in the hole himself. Also, the tenant claimed that he found the original cleanout that they said did not exist. Very disappointed, to say the least.

Met Plumbing arrived on time, and I told the plumber what I needed. After 15 minutes, he reported that my 12 year old Kinetico water softener system was old and could not be repaired. The plumber then gave me the prices for 2 water softener systems that Met Plumbing would like to sell me. I did not believe his report that my water softener system needed to be replaced. I called Aquatex Water Conditioning and they came to my house and repaired my system. It is working just fine now. Calling Met Plumbing was a waste of my money and time.

Good work and John the tech got the work done in a timely fashion.

They lost out on becoming my all-around plumber. I also needed to have a bath sink unclogged and a new kitchen sink and faucet installed. I'll find someone else that can do the work without the travel charge. I think I'd do better by going to HD or Lowes and finding someone there.

I booked online for a Friday appointment where I didn't go to work to accommodate the afternoon window. Mid day, the called to say they would be late, then an hour later, they said that a few emergencies came up and we'd have to reschedule until Saturday. They arrived on Saturday within the delivery window. The installer and assistance were friendly and they did what I needed them to do. In fact, they do a few extra items; however, I felt like they were expensive and were looking for opportunities to push the pricing up. The installer was being helpful in providing different alternatives, but most of the ideas were expensive. My main problem that is probably the key reason for the lower review is the quoted price for the refrigerator water filter hose. My new refrigerator didn't have one included, so I was just going to go out and buy one at Lowe's or something, but I asked him to include this in his quote. His initial quote for the hose and installation was $187, which is preposterous. I outlined that I would just buy the $10 hose at Lowe's and do it myself. To be fair, the installer did later "throw this into the price" of the other items that he had done. In all, MET did what I needed them to do, as well as a couple of extra items; however, I know there are better, less expensive alternatives available.
