Description of Work: They came out and gave me a quote for installing shutters in my den. They were prompt, polite and knowledgeable. The only reason I did not use them was that I received a lower price quote from another company.

Description of Work: They came out to the house for initial measuring and with samples. sales specialist was knowledgeable of the products and I was quite happy with them. Installers did a great job and were very fast at it. Will use them again for another project later this year.

Description of Work: Great service, great installation, great price! Purchased faux wood blinds and are happy with the process from start to finish. Would recommend this small locally owned business to anyone! (Btw we are usually all about DIY but having them come do it was not anymore expensive than doing it ourselves and it was way easier/better results!).

Description of Work: The owner came out and measured three windows for shutters. He was polite, punctual, knew my wife from high school and very nice. When the shutters came in two windows were installed but would not open and close as they were too tight and several slats were broken. We asked the installer to adjust the shutters so they would open and close which he did. He told us he had to reorder parts and would come back another time to fix the new broken shutters which he did. | |The third widow shutter could not be installed as it was at least half a foot too short. The insaller said he would call when they had the new shutter. The scheduer called and was a bit miffed that I did not want to take off work to meet their installer during the day and wanted them to come back either late in the day or on a Saturday. She wanted to be paid. They finally got it right and now they work fine but we never received a call from the owner apologizing for his mis measurements or the original broken shutters. Good shutteers in the end, but really dissapointing experience. |
