Description of Work: I was about as lucky to have AC trouble as you can get: it went out in mid-Oct and not Aug, Ideal Air was referred and responded quickly, and a replacement unit was in by lunch on Saturday. The technician who came out to diagnose the problem was polite, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The crew for the install were like the technician plus very tidy - no sign they'd been in the house except for the well-working AC!!
