Ideal Air was professional, courteous, responsive, and thorough. This was the only company to do a tonnage analysis on my rental home before giving a bid. Two other companies that bid just asked my what the square footage of my home was and assumed I was correct. The other two companies would have installed the wrong size system. They did not take into consideration the windows or insulation and the fact that I was wrong on the square footage of my living space. Ideal Air was very thorough and did the measurements himself. He took the time to explain how they install the new system.. They would have done quality work had I used them.. I received a bid for a Goodman system and a Trane system., which have cost $9850 and $10700, respectively. In the end I could not use Ideal Air because of price. I believe they would have done a good job, but they need to be more competitive on price. 4/3/12 - I revisted my review of Ideal Air. I now think a C on price was a little hash, and a B overall the same. So, I changed overall to an A and price to a B. I should not have penalized them for being very thorough and then charging for it. His price was high, but his attention to detail was high as well. In the end, we the consumers have to decide if the price is justified based on our perceived value.

I've been very pleased with them, that's why I continue to use them. James Sharp is wonderful, he is the owner.

My AC stopped working on Saturday. It was also overdue for its annual maintenance check. I checked Angie's List and found positive reviews for this company and decided to call on Monday morning. The person on the phone was very professional and asked clarifying questions to make sure she understood the scope of work. She told me the technician could come out that same day and would arrive between 2-4 pm. Anthony called a bit before 3 pm to let me know he was on his way and he arrived shortly thereafter. He was very professional and walked me through every step of what he was doing. He explained what he found wrong and clearly stated the price for repair parts, which he happened to have in his truck ready to go so there was no delay. The price was consistent with what I had been told by phone. Bottom line I was very pleased with this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

They were super professional, very nice, on-time and I never felt at any point like I was being ripped off as I have with other AC companies who have come looked at my unit in the past. I would recommend them to anyone on the future and will use them again.

I didn?t have any feelings either way about the company. I just selected a another company based on previous experience.

The experience was very pleasant. I appreciated the fact that he explained what he was doing and explained about a board that I can have installed in the relatively new unit that will extend its life expectancy - something the manufacturer started selling as an add on that used to come with the units.

Ideal Air has been performing our yearly maintenance for several years now. We're always satisfied with their work.

James and Eric are very dependable and professional. We've been using them for years to maintain our heat and A/C. I would recommend them to anyone.

They come out two days after I called them. They keep there work are very clean. They were very courteous. They cleaned up everything when they were done.
