It went very well. He spent a lot of time and did everything well. He was punctual and professional. He did what he was hired for. The only thing is that he wanted, I guess some companies do, to get additional business by signing a contract which I did not do. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

I thought the guy was very knowledgeable and we called him out about replacing our air conditioning system, but we could not afford it at the time.

This is a very professional company from the office staff to the technician who did our work. They contacted us within one business day of my buying the Big Deal and sent an email confirmation of the appointment with a picture of the technician. The technician was later than the appointment time but he was in contact with us. He arrived after 5pm and was very good about verifying what we wanted him to do. He encountered several problems but he one that really impressed us was the set up of the WI-FI connections to our computers and smart phones. He was not familiar with Windows 8 but proposed several solutions till we got everything connected. He verified the thermostat was working properly. We are very thankful to David taking his time and being patient with us in setting up our computers and smart phones.

I was walking around with him, and asking him questions (out of curiosity), but it didnt bother him, and he answered all the questions, and explained everything very well.

He gave us things to watch for in the future. My only complaint is he said there was nothing to clean the AC coils. Ours are exceptionally bad from the previous owners spraying water on the units as they ran. We have heard there is a chemical you can get from an AC technician, and we were looking forward to having that done.

They were really well organized. They used top of the line testing equipment and took careful notes of the status of all the components, so that they could quickly see what's going on in the future.

My experience with them went well and they did not charge anything extra other than the big deal purchase I had made from Angie’s List. They were friendly, courteous and there is nothing bad to say about them.

The technician Dave was extremely reliable and nice. He was patient and explained everything to me. Scheduling was a little confusing. The deal was for both a/c and furnace but on the day of the service it was cold so he was unable to add the freon. We agreed after a discussion he would come back to service the a/c and freon. Dave did a great job performing the service. I ended up signing up for an annual service agreement which includes two checkups a year and if I have an issue they will respond quickly.

A/C and Heating check. Went according to plan except that the Company did not do the service on the first agreed date. Apparently some difficulty with the offer.

I purchased service to inspect and service my heat and air systems. I was made aware of the condition of the duct work and insulation. Brazos Valley Services sent out a coordinator to discuss repairs and replacement. We sat down and went over what was needed to make my home more efficient. I was comfortable with recommendations and pricing. The replacement of the existing duct was scheduled for the next week. The team arrived promptly and completed within a couple of hours. I later discovered that I had no power along the back side of my kitchen and living area. I called Brazos and they sent out an inspector the next morning. The breaker that controlled that portion had been turned off. Also, during that inspection, he noticed a dripping water pipe in the attic. Since it was possible that this had been accidently stepped on, Brazos sent a plumber to replace the copper pipe even though it was corroded due to age. This repair was done at no charge to me! The insulation team arrived a couple of hours later and all work was completed within 2 hours. I am extremely pleased with this company and the services received. Great. Technician was on time and explained his inspection of the system and source of the problem.

It worked out very well. The occurrence of the problem that I had was by installing a new heater and air conditioning system and placing the ducts. The environment of my home is going to be more comfortable and certainly much healthier. They came pretty quickly, they came one day and evaluated the work and back the next day or the day after and performed the work. The price would have been greater but we've discussed it at length and the price came down slowly but surely. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I did, I would.

He was prompt, very professional, and knowledgeable as well as extremely thorough in his approach. He made a suggestion to tide us over until we could make the huge investment of having the fournace and supply plenum replaced. Something that would benefit our safety -- carbon monoxide detectors, which were purchased same day.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He patiently explained exactly what he was doing and treated our equipment as if it were his own. He showed me photos of ductwork leakage in the attic, and fixed it the same day. He explained the various service agreement levels and offered us his honest opinion on what would be the best for us. With due consideration for the age and condition of our equipment, he agreed that the cheapest service agreement would be best for us rather than the more expensive options.

The gentlemen was extremely polite and thorough. He serviced and inspected our units, provided a detailed report and reviewed it with me. I appreciated his candor and straight forward approach, never felt like he was pushing me to do anything I didn't feel was necessary. I just bought a new house and these guys will be on my short list to call when my A/C needs service.

Went very well. The tech examined the system inside and on the roof very quickly.

Arrived on time, we had agreed I would get a call approx. 15 minutes before he would arrive and Idid get the call. He took about 1 1/2 hour to perform the cleaning and testing of the systems. Especially upstairs a clear difference in cooling capacity.

Initially I was a little put off because the company called and rescheduled our initial appointment for a few days later. The technician that came out was clean, nice, and professional. He was very thorough and knowledgable. He informed me that one of my units had a leak in the coil and gave us a bid on a new unit. I appreciated the fact that he had a list of units with set prices, I like the transparency. It wasn't a gimmick of, "how much can we get." I value that in a company. In the end, we shopped around and went with another company that had a better product for our needs in the moment. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good A/C tech.

went well - reasonable analysis and follow through there are 4 systems in the building, and on 2 past occasions a lightning strike and warranty coverage reduced expenses not sure if the best price because comps are not really available

Service was great and very professional. Our technician was extremely helpful and very patient in explaining the details to us of what exactly was wrong. They ended up having to come out a second time but it all worked out.

Rich was the technician. He was very thorough in his system check. Rich documented everything he did on the invoice, including electrical and pressure readouts. Rich took the time to explain everything he did as well as he made some suggestions/recommendations to improve energy efficiency in my house but didn't put any "sell job" on me. He ran just a short bit behind but called to let me know. I explained i had to leave the house by a certain time so he planned his work accordingly, ensuring all the inside tasks were completed first. I would definitely use Brazos Valley Services again.

He gave our A/C system a thorough check. Went up to the attic and and checked the furnace and the part of the ac that was up there. He checked and controlled the temperatures, checked pressures checked the filter, and checked the power or voltage usage and made some recommendations about matching the furnace which is currently a 4 ton to the ac system which is a 5 ton. He also offered us a price for maintenance (monthly club price, I think 14.95). Very professional and knowledgeable.
