I am starting to do these tune-ups annually, our units are 16 and 20 years old respectively. We just want to make sure the units are working properly at the beginning of the season, in case there are any issues. The technician was very courteous and went straight to work. He pointed out that the units are near the end of their service life, but there are not problems at present and didn't try to push a sale for new units. As I said, we will do these check-ups annually until we need new units.

Honest, prompt, and helpful; did not try to sell us anything we didn't need or upgrade services. We will definitely use them again.

They did a great job. I continue to use them as a monthly service on our A/C. They found an evaporator coil that was bad and they directed us to our home warranty company to fix so we did not have to pay for it.

It was fine. I tried to contact them for additional work and they were very uncooperative and unresponsive to that and did not follow up with me. They did what they said they would do. They showed up on time and did the work in accordance with the coupon.

The Technian was very professional and thorough in his tune-up maintenance. He inspected everything from the evaporator coil to the condenser unit outside. He then checked the freon levels and cleaned the unit outside.

The technician cleaned and checked 4 A/C units. One needed freon, which was a bit expensive. However, using the coupon saved us a great deal. They were very professional.

Our experience was Fantastic! They came in and schooled us on cool air , we learned some things we didn't know and what we were doing wrong with our AC. We had to get a brand new unit because it went out and I'm glad our choice was Brazos Valley Services. Once we decided on our big purchase we didn't have to do anything but let them come and do the work. They came in and we had it done in a day! The insulation was done another day but we didn't have any problems. They also called and checked up on us as well as came back out to do another final checkup. I'm so happy with their service. I will always recommend them. They make us feel like a top customer and that we are the only ones even though I know we are not! Thank you Brazos Valley Services!

The whole process was quite simple. The technician arrived and serviced my air conditioning unit, getting it working again. The house cooled off and everyone was happy. This wasn't a complicated job, just a quick $50 tune up.

Great. The technician checked the system and provide me with a complete and understandable report. It was free of charge as I registered in their customer program which is totally worth it (at least so far!)

I didn't see him while he was in the attic area. He answered all my questions about why the unit would freeze. He was professional and efficient.

From the time my wife made the initial call to the finished job, they were the most punctual and professional company that we have ever worked with. Our house is in Round Top, Tx. and we tried to contact several other services with very little response. She found Brazos Valley Services on the internet and gave them a call and made an appointment. I believe it was one of the owners that called twice to confirm the appointment. Their field representative named Will showed up right on time and did a full inspection on the existing system. He gave us several options to choose from. We made a decision and he asked when we would want it installed. We asked about their schedule and he said how about tomorrow. We were not able to be there for the install so we left a key for the installers. The work required relocating the return vent to another room in the house which required some extensive rerouting in the attic. The work was finished in one day just like he said and you would never know they were there. The place was left very clean. Will came back out the following Friday for a final walk through. I am not one to do reviews but we were so impressed with their work and we both agreed that they truly deserved this pat on the back. We have several properties and will be sure to keep their name handy for future service needs.

I kept calling them to tell me what they found because the insulation was in the air duct system and he kept saying, "Oh it could be this, it could be that". I requested that it is sent to me in writing but he never did. I called their office twice to get the report and I didn't get a report. The guy who came was punctual, courteous, polite and seemed good. The price was good as well. I was just disappointed in them because there was no followup.

They were good. I think the solar air conditioner is wonderful and I am very happy with it. I just got $5700 back on my income tax. I got a rebate and it makes it about as cheap as the A. R. S. air-conditioner that the guy had suggested which was not as efficient as the one we were replacing which was 11 years old. In effect I got this wonderful very efficient solar air conditioner for the same price because when you take the rebate off I would have paid the ARS a less efficient air conditioner. Brazos Valley is a very good family company and you can even call them on a Sunday night. It is now 1 year old and it has not had any break down. With that rebate it made it very competitive.

The big deal from Brazos Valley Services turned out well. They took a look at my air conditioner that was having a draining issue. They ended up identifying the issue. It was a clog. It was a clogged drain and they blew it out for me. The guy who came out for me was helpful and did the work. I would use this provider again in the future for services.

He came on Friday also. I bought the coupon last year and then it expired but they still honored it, that's why I used it. They still did the full service. I really appreciated that. They also sent me pictures of the guys who was coming the night before.

The service went well. They seem very professional. They went up to my attic, they checked my unit and cleaned up. They offered me kind of but back to take out my old unit and put in a new one. But overall the service is fine, the unit got tuned and they even put stickers on the system saying that if we have any troubles, just give us a call. They had most comprehensive list of things that they would cover for the reasonable price.

It went great. The tech was at my house nearly 3 hours servicing my AC. Explained everything he was doing, made recommendations to increase efficiency, etc. Truly great!

Inspection /tune-up on two units went well but the tech missed an issue with the primary drain line for one unit. Had them back out to fix the problem which I thought was expensive for what we needed but we were in the process of moving into the house while also doing remodeling work so there was little time to get other estimates. Another AC company came out on a home warranty policy the seller had in place for another problem and we told that the drain line while done properly needed to be insulated so we called them again and they sent a Manager in to inspect the line. He agreed that the line did indeed need to be insulated and the tech who install the new drain line came back and installed insulation on the drain line and apologized for not doing the job correctly or to the companies standard

I would recommend Brazos Valley Services. The A/C man was very professional and showed concern for our needs.

Give good advice. We need to pretty much buy a new one. We didn't buy one yet and will wait for later.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It went pretty smoothly. We didn't pay any additional. They were on time and did what they said they were going to do. Everybody was pleasant. They were timely and professional. It was straightforward and there wasn't a bunch of fluff. They were fine. They were quick.

I have cancelled my contract with them as I’ve found someone else who does not behave like they do.
