Description of Work: Rene was every efficient. I had the wrong filter for the system and he tried several from his truck to ensure we had the correct filter. He also made sure he wore shoe coverings every he came into the house so he did not track in any dirt.

Description of Work: We had a routine A/C 'check-up' done by Brazos Valley Service after several neighbors reported problems with their units of the same brand & approximate age. The gentleman that came out was friendly & informative. He gave an overall assessment of our unit, pointed out a few improvements that could be made later if we wished. He educated us on service plans we could invest in but indicated that it would be something we could consider later on since our unit is still young. He gave our system a clean bill of health & told us for now the best thing we can do is remember to change our air filters regularly. We appreciated his honesty & thoroughness & the fact that he wasn't pushy in having us sign up for any services or products we didn't need.

Description of Work: they showed me that the problem was in the sewer and not the toilet. Gave me |directions I should take to effect a solution.

Description of Work: Prompt response. Came after normal business hours on Thursday, 9-18-2014. Said did not have materials to repair broken AC drain pipe (which was cracked at the top), and would have to order, but thought leaking was finished. Came back Monday 9-22-2014 with proper materials, past estimated time of arrival, but called to advise of delay. Fixed the problem. Courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Heater stopped working during a very cold nigh. It turned out that it was just a blown fuse. Technician replaced the fuse and got the unit running. Response was prompt and repair was done quickly. Very satisfied with the outcome.

Description of Work: Replaced our upstairs and downstairs air/heat units and had all the air ducts cleaned and sanitized. These guys did an awesome job and were very professional and courteous. The new units perform above and beyond our expectations. We could not be happier with the recommendation they made for this job. Now we just feel the air instead of hearing it! Amazing difference.

Description of Work: They made a bypass drain line to drain the water as the original drain line was clogged. The water was darning into the attic floor. We had to call them back as we continued to see some water on the tray. They were prompt in returning back at no extra charge and address the issue.

Description of Work: This was for a tune-up for our furnace, I had not done it in a long time. They came out promptly and did a tune-up on our two furnaces prior to winter. |Would use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased the A/C clean and tune-up for $48. |George was great. He went above and beyond in looking at several things. |He said I needed two new parts which added $433 to the bill. |A few months later, the overflow pipe was dripping water. I went ahead and called someone else out. They questioned if the pipe was actually cleaned earlier. I questioned them on the price for the two parts that had been replaced and they would have been quite a bit cheaper.
