Description of Work: They provided an estimate for a new installation of an HVAC system.

Description of Work: Several years ago, they originally installed my heating and air conditioning system. I also had a maintenance plan with them.

Description of Work: Most recently, they replaced our air conditioning and heating system. We’ve been their customers for about thirteen years!

Description of Work: They installed a new solar air conditioning system including installing the temperature sensor on the roof; they took the sensor out of the old thermostat and installed it in a new thermostat to save us money. They also provided an estimate for a roof fan, but that was high when we compared it to another company’s. They also inspected our roof and let us know that they’d be able to remove the air conditioning system if the roof needed to be replaced; they included it in the contract.

Description of Work: The Spring Maintenance was performed on our A/C. We are on the Seasonal Maintenance Plan that costs $12.95 monthly. Tyler tested the inside and outside units for pressures, amps and temps, checked the filter, cleaned the the outside unit, checked the drain pipe. Everything is working properly.

Description of Work: Performed periodic maintenance for AC and Heater covered with a maintenance plan. I pay $12.95 a month for the service plan and I have never regretted it. It has paid for itself over and over. I've been doing business with Brazos Valley for approximately 12 years and I have never had a complaint. The only complaint that I had was the fact that upon installation I DID NOT TAKE THE MAINTENANCE PLAN. That was my mistake. They do excellent work and their cleanup is done to perfection.

Description of Work: He came to do our Spring check according to our monthly maintenance pkg. He was here in a timely manner, put on his protective shoe covering and did everything as expected. He changed my a/c filter for me and he quoted me a price for chemically washing the outside unit. Plus he alse added something upstairs in the drain to help kill algae.

Description of Work: Yearly maintenance to my AC. The technician cleaned it and checked all of the specs. He cleaned his work area when finished. We discussed any issues that needed to be taken care of which this year is none.

Description of Work: I took out a service membership based on recommendation from reliable sources last Spring. Monthly Billing was just as Michelle had promised. The Spring Technician was Brad and he checked everything out and there was no additional Billing. Tyler came out and did the Fall check up but stated the Distributors needed to be changed out and the Billing was $474.00 for those parts. Tyler returned several weeks later and had to replace what he calls Performance Enhancement system for $449.00. This turned out to be the run and start capacitors needing to be replaced. The Distributors turned out to be starter contacts from his earlier billing. I have called twice but as 1:40 PM Friday, No one has gotten back with me. I have been studying A/C and Heating theory and reading over my manuals. The youngster just took me to the Cleaners.

Description of Work: We had a new Heat and Air system installed. I couldn't tell you how old the old one was. They came out and looks at our old system to see if it could just be fixed, but it was way to old to 'just fix', they could have done it but it would have cost more in the end, so we just replaced with a new one. They set up a day that they would come and replace the system and duct work. They also installed another air intake, and reinstalled the clean air system that we had put in, (in 2003). All in all they were very clean, wore shoe booties (like at hospitals), and when they installed they put down tarps to save our floors. They call around every 6 months for a service update. They will come out and check the system, ask if anything is needed - filters, freon and so forth. We have a packaged plan for the cost of the check ups, and all of the items needed are included in that. We don't pay at the time of service.

Description of Work: I had them install new duct work for the heating and air conditioning system in my 1400 square foot home. They did remove the old duct work as well.
