Very happy with service.

There were 2 people, one to move furniture, and one to clean the carpet. They were very professional and very quick. They did an excellent job of cleaning, and there were absolutely no problems.

We were very satisfied with them. They were very professional. They did the work and that was it. The overall experience was excellent. The price was good.

I found Brightway as recommended by other customers on Angie's List, so I called them to get a quote, which was provided to me over the phone in a quick, friendly, professional manner. I scheduled the time of service at that point as well, which was flexible to fit with my needs, and the two guys showed up exactly on time as expected. They even called me in advance advising me of their ETA. They were professional, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about the job they were doing. They worked quickly and efficiently, taking good care not to track dirt into my house, and were able to remove stained areas of the carpet I thought would never come up. After they were finished I was given a thorough explanation on how to allow for drying time and how to take care of the carpet going forward. I thought Brightway performed a great service at a fair price, and can definitely recommend them to others. Thanks Brightway!

They did a good job and I was very satisfied. The covered every corner and made sure I was happy. They were here on time and they were professional.

The experience was great! The work was done for my elderly parents and my mother was particularly stressed over the hurricane damage to her home and very anxious to get everything back to normal.This was the last cleanup of the hurricane damage and we were so ready to have that room back together. Brightway was available immediately and sent Tim out to do the work. Tim was polite, professional and did an excellent job in just about 2 hours. You can't tell at all where the new padding was seamed in (2 places) and the cleaning job removed the stains that had been caused by the rainwater mixed with drywall dust and insulation. At our request, Tim provided an informal estimate for cleaning other areas of the house which seems very reasonable and we plan on using Brightway for that carpet cleaning.

I like the work that Brightway does. I have used them before, to deep clean the carpet in my entire house. I was so impressed with the quality, that I hired them to do my rug. They came and picked it up and took it to the company and brought it back, when they were done. It looked, as good as new.

IT WENT GREAT. THE WORKER SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WORKED REALLY HARD. HE WAS DONE IN TWO HOURS.

Tom called to let me know he would be here in 30 minutes - and he was. I had moved all the small furniture, but needed help to move our couch. Tom basically moved it himself. The carpet is upgraded builders subdivision house but not expensive, and very light in color. With two Labradors coming in and out, we had a trail, as well as a couple of spots that I was unsure about. Tom was honest with his comments on what his equipment could do, and I certainly agreed with what he said. I sat outside on the patio with our two labs, while Tom cleaned the carpet. I am very pleased with how CLEAN our carpets look! In fact, it looks much better than I imagined it could! I also appreciate the few minutes Tom spent petting our labs. The kindness of this small gesture means quite a lot. I will use this company again!

Brightway Carpet Cleaning is real good about coming out and cleaning the carpet and furniture for me. I like the fact that they are very fast and responsive to come and fix emergences. I had water all over my house, and they came out in twenty-five minutes. They are very professional.

REINSTALLED A CARPET AND PAD QUOTED. ME WAY LOWER THAN THE OTHER COMPANY. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. CAME ON TIME, LET YOU KNOW WHEN THEY ARE ON THE WAY, GREAT SERVICE.

THE CARPET WAS CLEANED VERY WELL FOR TWO WEEKS, BUT THEN RETURNED BACK TO WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE BEFORE, SO WE GOT TILE AND HARDWOOD FLOORS INSTEAD.
