BRIGHTWAY CARPET CLEANING

Brightway Carpet Cleaning is an excellent business. They truly care about the satisfaction of the customer and will go to great lengths to achieve that. I had used them before on our prior home and was extremely satisfied with them then, but now I could not be happier with their services! We just moved into a new home that had carpet that had not necessarily been well-cared for or respected. I had Brightway clean the carpets (of which there is a lot of square footage) a couple days before we began to move in. However, once we arrived at the home, the prior owner had still been living in the house in the couple days' interim (they were supposed to be moved out but they did not) and left the carpets very dirty again in some areas, including pet accidents that were left to sit. This rendered the carpet cleaning we just paid for not nearly as effective as it should have been. I explained the situation to Brightway, and they told me that they would come back out and clean all the carpets again for me at no charge because that situation was out of my control. They also came out to the house on two separate occasions to look at the carpet and assess the ductwork/ventilation system for potentially needing to be cleaned. That is AMAZING customer service!!! One of the best parts is this, though. We concluded that the ventilation system needed to be cleaned also. My entire family had been struggling with allergic reactions (coughing, sneezing, lots of drainage) ever since the first day we stayed in the new house. It was particularly bad overnight, and we were all losing a lot of sleep. Dallas not only came back out and cleaned our carpets a second time, but he thoroughly inspected our ventilation system and did a fabulous job of cleaning and disinfecting it. The very first night after he did it, we all noticed an immediate difference in how we slept and we didn't experience any of the allergy symptoms we were having. My two little boys are sleeping well and not struggling. Every day since the ventilation cleaning has been a dramatic change for us. That is priceless! Dallas did a fantastic job and is committed to excellence. Kevin, Dallas and Denise have helped us so much! Cannot say THANK YOU enough!

I think they had the rugs for 5 weeks. They’re fine. I think I would use them again. The rugs came back clean and on schedule. The people were very good. They were careful and the whole thing. They just had to roll them back out. They were big so they were heavy.

Very prompt, professional, and the service was excellent! We had three small holes patched on our stairs. You can't even tell now where they were. Also, there were stains on the stairs and landing that are completely gone.

The carpet to stretch was situated in a hard area to stretch but Joe did a good job. Carpets look good with new life in them.

This is the third time I've used Brightway. They do a great job on both carpeted areas and rugs. This time I needed them to come asap to clean rugs before a home sale open house. They fit me in quickly and did a great job. My only suggestion would be that the Tech wear booties to avoid boot skids on the hardwood. That is just a minor thing

Brightway has always been great to work with. The tech shows up on time and is very courteous and aware that we have animals so he makes sure to be mindful of that. We have had the same tech twice now and he is great, he is aware our cats have turned one of our rooms into their own litter box and treats that room thoroughly. I would recommend them to anyone who asks, they are prompt and their prices are very fair. Update: I had Brightway out to patch carpet in our master closet, they work is amazing, no one would know that the carpet had been torn up! We will be using them and no one else in our new home.

I phoned Brightway Carpet Cleaning to make an appointment to have my entire carpet in my home cleaned. After just one minute speaking to the woman on the phone, I knew this was not the company for me. She was rude and acted as though I had interrupted her day by calling. It was enough for me. I thanked her and hung up and called another service where not only was the first impression of the company a good one (telephone), the service was as well. I'm glad I passed on this one! J. Puppies had made our carpets spotty. The Brightway man came and took all the spots away! He cleaned two bedrooms and a gameroom for 89.00, considerably better than the similar offer from the steam cleaning company.

In summary, it was a terrible experience resulting in me having to come home from work to get everything right again and meet with a supervisor that was sent out. After the service was initially performed, when I called the company to let them know about the service problems, they actually hung up on me. This morning, the high traffic areas still look spotty and I am thinking about having it redone with another provider. Additionally, they would not move living room furniture like our sofa or our easy chairs to clean underneath like other service companies we've used. After the cleaning, the carpet was very wet and the babysitter and my husband had to use towels to pick up some of the water. (The carpet seems more wet than when we clean it with our Bissell ProHeat Steam Cleaner and much more wet than with other carpet cleaning services we've used.) I called back later and spoke to a manager and she sent the supervisor to come by and look at the work. By the time I got home, my husband and the sitter had already picked up some of the excess water with towels. The supervisor came later in the afternoon and said that it should dry soon and that it was fine as it was. Do be aware that if you use the and quot;BuyNowand quot; feature, that they'll ask for more money when they arrive to pay for taxes on the service which is not included as part of this deal. This caused some stress / confusion for us because I told the sitter that I had paid for everything online and I had not left additional money for this charge. I spoke to Angie's List about this and they mentioned that typically companies list additional charges in the text or fine print of the deals. Perhaps some simple rewording would clear up any confusion such as and quot;applicable tax will be charged at the time of the service and is not included in this dealand quot; would be clearer communication. I will not be using this company again and I would not recommend this company to any of my friends.

Call before the came out as advised. Explain the process and did not try to and quot;upselland quot; me on anything. Got after the job and got finished with good results. Very happy with the work Eric and Eric did.

Second time I've used this company and it was very good both times.

They did a good job but were a little expensive.

It went very well. I would have them here again. I just like the being professional. I don't like companies being too casual and veering off the reason why they're at my home. I haven't been dissatisfied yet. I just like professionalism.

Excellent expierience. Tom showed up within the 12-4 window we were given and called beforehand to say he was on his way and would be at our house in 20-25 minutes. Upon entering our home, he confirmed the price with us before beginning. He went right to work and stayed on the task at hand. I believe the job took around 2 hours. The results were great. We had an awful stain on our white carpet from a recent cat accident and it is gone. The carpet looks almost like new and it had not been professionally cleaned since it was installed 8 years ago. The process they used also breathed new life back into our 20-plus year old couch and our 15-plus year old chairs. Tom said it would take 5-6 hours to dry. We just left everything alone overnight. The carpet was dry, but areas on the couch and chairs took even longer, so just be prepared to give it more time possibly. The price on the couch was higher than I thought it would be and I almost decided not to do the chairs (as the couch needed it more), but I am glad I did it all as the whole room looks great now. (I am now thinking of using them on a more frequent basis.) BTW - we used this company about 15-plus years ago when we lived in another location and I remembered them from then as doing a great job, so I would not have hesitated to use them again even without any reviews from this list. It was great to see from Angie's List that they were continuing to do a great job for many people.

The professional wanted to come a bit earlier than planned, and I met him at the house. He was VERY professional and very personable. I can tell he has very good customer service skills. He performed the carpet cleaning first and did an amazing job. He even spot cleaned a few spots around the house that needed it (dogs) for no extra charge (a while he was near it thing, he said). I appreciated it and even offered to pay extra, and he refused it. He then cleaned the oversized sofa and loveseat. The house smelled clean and fresh afterwards. The ONLY disappointing thing about the whole experience was that the cleaning job on the couch/love seat didn't really remove the dog hair very well. That's what cost the most, was cleaning the furniture. I was really wanting that (the dog hair removal) to be done. But the furniture was clean, that is for sure! Overall, I know I would hire these guys again! He was very clear to me on how long the drying process would take, and he put my furniture on styrofoam so the wooden legs wouldn't warp. VERY WELL DONE!!!

They got all the spots out that were there on the carpet and they cleaned up the wool rug. They did not take any help to move the furniture and everything else. I would use their service in the future too.

They have a minimum charge, and I had a 10% coupon. The experience went well. They had a bit of a problem with the truck, but they had someone come out right away to fix it. They came in and pre-treated. I was surprised that they were able to get some of the spots up. I thought I was going to have to get new carpets. They do use detergent and some people don't like that. I am getting ready to sell my house, so I just wanted the spots up. They were quick with calling me back and fitting me in.

they showed up on time, were quick and got out some stains we thought were permanent. the only equipment they brought in was the hose that ran from all of the equipment out in the van in front of the house. I also asked them to do a single spot in another room once they got here that i'd forgotten about and they did it without any additional charge.

Great job and a great price. Quoted price over the phone and did work as promised. No surprises. Good honest work for a fair price. I plan to use this company in the future.

The technician was extremely courteous and professional, explaning the services to me in each step of the process. He took great care of my furniture and moved a small appliance that I couldn't even move by myself. The carpet was steam cleaned so well, and it looks beautiful!

Very well and we will use their service again.
