Everything went well; Brad is polite and professional as was the person he sent out to do the work. There was a mix up on a coupon which was totally our fault. Everything went well with the exception that the toilet on occasion does still run after the tank is full.

When I called Brad's plumbing to ask if they could do five kinds of plumbing chores for us as we got our house ready for sale, they indicated that it would be no problem and his workmen arrived on time. I was very pleased that they were able to take instruction well over the telephone because I got tied up at work and was unable to meet them at the property as I intended. The man going by the name of Brad was extremely kind on the phone and easy-going.

It went very well. He was on time. He was very kind. He was professional. I would use him again in the future if I had to.

A representative came out within 3 or 4 hours and scoped out the problem, described to us what he would do and returned to the company so they could prepare an estimate. Brad made an estimate and called me, but I found the cost way above what I was hoping to spend. I devised another method of solving the problem and did not wind up giving them the work. I found them very responsive and their follow through was thorough. Brad was a very pleasant fellow and I assured him that when I ever need plumbing services in the future I would use them.

I called after hours on a Sunday evening. This was not an emergency however I wanted to get work scheduled as soon as possible. I had not heard from Brads Plumbing by 10 a.m on Monday and made other arrangements. A technician from Brads Plumbing finally called me about noon. I told him that I had made other arrangements, but thank you for the call. The tech was apologetic for not calling earlier and thanked me for calling them.

Richard kept the appointment I had made, and was prepared for the job. He completed the job, and I was charged a little more as there was a little more labor involved as my pipes were old and had to be dealt with. Richard kept the area clean during the job and completely cleaned up after completion of the job. I would highly recommend this company. They were on time and did a great job.

Contractor returned original call the same day. On day of service, called to give 2 hour time frame and serviceman called to advise within 30-minutes of arrival. Contractor was on time, knowledgeable and clean about his work. On completion of work, we noticed one tank was trickling and it turned out that the ball replacement may have warped from sitting in his truck so he brought another new one in and installed it.

Worked very quickly, very efficient, showed up on time, cleaned area, with no problem. I wanted an estimate for replacement of the water heater, and was told I would receive a call on that. I was never called back, but it was a very complicated job involving contractors also.

They did excellent work. They were efficient, timely, clean, and professional.

The work was excellent and the price was reasonable. Richard was the service person that came out and I would recommend him to anyone.

Their price was a little high for the work that was done. It took two hours to do the work & finish cleaning up the area. No damage was done to the wall or home while replacing the pipe in the attic of the house, which is at least twenty years old.

I have used this company for eight years. The company had my problem fixed quickly on the first trip. I have had no problem with the work that they did. They even have a ninety day warranty on parts & labor.

CALLED EARLY IN THE MORNING, GOT A RESPONSE WITHIN 1 HOUR. RICHARD WAS AT MY HOUSE AN HOUR LATER. VERY POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND CLEAN JOB. SHOWED THE EXACT PROBLEM. PRICE SEEMED RIGHT FOR ALL THE WORK, VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, DEFINITELY WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

HANDYGUY HUSBAND FOUGHT WITH THIS SINK FOR 2 MONTHS AND ONE DAY ANNOUNCED HE WAS DONE. WE'D HAVE TO LIVE WITH THE THING DRAINING ACROSS THE BACK PORCH. I WAS NOT READY TO ADMIT DEFEAT SO I CALLED IN A PROFESSIONAL. I CALLED, LEFT A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE AND RECEIVED A CALL BACK AN HOUR LATER. HE APOLOGIZED AND SAID HE COULDN'T MAKE IT OUT THAT SAME DAY, BUT HE WOULD COME THE FOLLOWING DAY AS HE WOULD BE OUT IN THE AREA. AN HOUR BEFORE THE SCHEDULED VISIT HE CALLED AND SAID HE RUNNING ABOUT 30 MINUTES BEHIND,APOLOGIZED AND ASKED IF THAT WAS STILL WITHIN MY TIME FRAME. NO PROBLEM-HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND LISTENED AS I EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM. I WAS TOLD WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO,WHAT TO EXPECT AND QUOTED A PRICE. HE WENT TO WORK AND AFTER A COUPLE OF HOURS HARD AT IT HAD FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM. IT TURNED OUT TO BE A BIGGER PROBLEM THAN ANY OF US HAD ANTICIPATED AND WILL REQUIRE SOME MAJOR WORK. HE WAS VERY NICE ABOUT EXPLAINING EVERYTHING AND DID NOT PRESSURE ME IN ANY WAY TO MAKE A DECISION.

VERY GOOD SERVICE, TIMELY, AND NEAT.

THEY DID A REASONABLE JOB. WE USE THEM FOR ALL OUR PLUMBING PROBLEMS.
