+ -1 moreI called and they were out at my house within three hours. We had a worrisome situation where one of the hose faucets would not shut off. The plumber explained why this had happened. Communication before and during the appointment was good. The repair was clearly explained to us, and all is well now. We would definitely use again.
Description of Work: Replaced outdoor faucets for hoses and checked the water pressure.

+ -1 moreAnother company came out one day for 69.95 callout fee and quoted us a non-flexible $358 to change old waste disposal for one we'd bought from Lowes. Sent him away and called Brad who came out with no call out fee and was able to fix old waste disposal for $130. Will use Brad again.

I also had a toilet that wasn’t working properly. They replaced my old copper water line with a new flexible one, and a new shut off valve. They cleaned up everything

They called earlier and told me what time they would arrive at my house.Upon arrival they inspected the damaged faucet and quoted me the low end and high end of the job.l appreciated the fact that these two men worked diligently over 3 hours chipping away at the cartridge in order to save me money. I will recommend this company to my family and friends.

Since it was not an emergency we agreed to have a plumber come out the next day. The plumber called around 9AM the following day to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived I asked him how much this would cost me and he gave me a low estimate and high estimate. When the job was done the low estimate was what I was charged. The plumber was professional from beginning to end.

+ -1 moreAside from the obvious worry and discomfort of having a water leak in the middle of your kitchen, the experience was very good. Brad is very friendly and professional. He is prompt and does exactly what he says he's going to do. He came up with an out of the box solution that saved us tremendous time and trouble. He even replaced all the items under my sink when he completed the job. I would like to add that we also had a quote from John Moore plumbing. They insisted the only way to fix the problem was to jackhammer out the floor, even though they had not mapped the route of the pipes. They were going to charge us almost $3000.00 for this disservice and the area they were planning to rip out, turned out not to house the pipes.
Description of Work: We had a leak in a pipe in the slab in our kitchen. We had water leaking out from under an island and thinking it was our dishwasher we called in an appliance repair man. After discovering it wasn't the dishwasher we called Brad's Plumbing. Brad responded immediately and instead of putting one of his junior people on the job, he arrived at our home himself. He immediately diagnosed the problem, determined it was the hot water and began mapping the path of the pipe. He came up with the idea of trying to rethread the hot water pipe so we wouldn't have to jackhammer out the flooring and rip out the cabinets. He also had a plan B in case the rethreading didn't work. To our great relief, he and his crew were able to rethread the pipe and save us days of disruption in our home and an absolutely overwhelming amount of money.

+ -1 moreThe man was on time to do the work. I didn't stay and watch him do the work, although I wish I had. He let water run on the floor, and then in place of bringing his own supplies to clean up the water, he used my shower mat to sop up some of the water. After I had paid him and he was gone, I found my shower mat all full of water, bundled up on the floor, so I had to do laundry to clean the shower mat. I also had to clean up the rest of the water on the floor that wasn't sopped up by the shower mat.
Description of Work: Replace mansfield ring and ballcock in bathroom.

+ 0 moreI accidentally flushed a rag down the toilet upstairs and needed to be sure it wouldn't plug up the plumbing. Brad called me back and from my description, he said that it probably flushed all the way to the sewer. I did some things he recommended and after a few days, it was all still working. I was happy that I didn't require his services and appreciated his advice.
