The crew was very good. The front office didn't pass along my phone number, so we got a later start than planned. I hired them for a two hour move and I didn't want to pay extra time, so I had them on the clock. They understood this and set about moving things out of our 10x20 storage unit. Once they began moving our furniture, piano, and boxes out of storage, they accomplished it within the time allotted. They moved it into our new house a few miles away and placed things where I instructed them without incident. Chris, Anthony, and Jeremy were careful to not bump the new house walls, etc. I was very pleased with the result. They did every thing I asked, did the job in the time frame allotted, and didn't make a mess. I would hire them again if needed.

They were really great. There was 3 guys and they did a great job. They were curtious and gave us great ideas and to help get the move organized, packed and helped move our baby grand piano. They were very professional and reasonably priced. I was very happy with the experience.

the guys were really nice and I liked them, but I felt it was a little slow going. They wrapped everything very carefully, there were a couple pitfalls as there always are with moving furniture. Pieces came off, heavy items, etc. A spilled drink on the carpet was the biggest concern, luckily I was moving out and got my full deposit back anyhow. I guess it's unfair to say that I would not hire them again.... I don't want you to think they were so terrible that I would never have them in my house again. I would just take a chance with a different company because this company didn't "impress me" lets just say. By the way the office people were very accommodating and nice.

Excellent service. The three guys from Baby Huey's showed up early, worked hard, and took care of our belongings. Were done in 3 hours for 2400 square foot house. Very professional and friendly!! Would recommend Baby Huey's to anyone

They were wonderful! Sylvester and Scott arrived on time, and went right to work. It was a complicated loading because there were three stops involved and some very large pieces, many antiques. They shrink wrapped everything, loaded it to perfection, and did it in record time. The bill was lower than quoted!!! They were pleasant throughout, and very respectful of our furniture. It was an A-plus experience.

The initual communication was not very fast; however, once they realized I was worried, they were very fast to reassure about the upcomming move. There were following problems with the service: 1. The movers didn't pay attention to the side of the boxes (up,down, or side); nor did they care about boxes that couldn't be topped. Therefore, some spillage occurred and some boxes were smooshed (as well as what was inside). 2. They seem to need to use our own supplies to pack the furniture (an advanced warning should have been given if this is the case). NO promised garmet boxes were available. 3. Yes, we bought the insurance, but who did we insure with it if in front of our eyes our furniture had been almost dropped more than a few times. There were multiple scratches on the book case and inside pantry case after the move as the shelving wasn't secured. 4. The movers were in the harry to leave and not to finish everything as they needed to return UHAUL track! I paid hourly rate, so it shouldn't be my problem. They are not trained to install washer and dryer as promised, so both went to their truck to do the paperwork instead of helping us to install. Overall, comparing them to Graebel, which moved us accross the states about 3 months earlier, I felt that more training is needed to reacha a proper level of professionalism for these movers. On the plus side, they seem to be enthusiastic about their work!

We were very pleased with the service and professionalism exhibited by Baby Huey's employees. They both worked without complaint and made every effort to ensure that our household goods were moved in a protected safe manner. They were exceptionally courteous and polite. They worked hard without any need to be motivated. They were knowledgeable about how to safely pack and load their vehicle. They were well prepared with equipment and supplies. They knew the routing to take and once we were on the road it took them no time to find our new home. I can't say enough good things about Baby Huey's employees - the lead employee was exceptionally professional and worked tirelessly throughout the loading process. He planned the loading well and is be highly commended for his work ethic. I recommend that he get a good raise. Not only should you definitely give this young man a raise, you need to promote him!!!!

Overall Id rate them as a B. Not on time. Work ethic not equal among all workers.

I was very impressed with these 3 guys and they made moving an enjoyable experience (which is pretty much impossible to do but they did it). Big, strong, fast, efficient, tireless, courteous, careful, fairly priced, etc. Couldn't ask for anything more in a moving company! Do yourself a favor and just book their services now! Chris, James, and Steve were great from start to finish! They showed up on time after calling ahead, wrapped all furniture in shrink wrap and blankets to protect them, put some protective coverings around the front door and on the main path, were very courteous and polite, were very strong, had the tools to disassemble a crib, worked quickly, packed the truck neatly, took a short break but took it off time they worked on the bill, took care not to scratch hardwood floors with their dolly (used a blanket as a landing area), navigated tight turns and railings and heavy furniture on the steps. They were very appreciative of some cold Gatorade and water and snack packs of chips that I offered them and didn't even stop for lunch since we finished around 1:30. Their price was competitive and beat the other company on Angie's list who had a perfect score. It was about 650 for a 6 hr move with the Angie's list discount. I tipped these guys well because I was so impressed. I was also curious about the name of the company and apparently that was the owner's nickname growing up.

These guys know how to pack a trailer truck tight. Prompt, fast & efficient. Whole-heartedly recommend.

I really think it was great. They showed up on time and they did a pretty good job. They were a little slow to start. I feel like in the beginning, they were kind of slow to get going. But, overall they did a great job.

I selected Baby Huey's Moving because of the great reviews and they did not disappoint me. I hired 3 movers and 1 truck to move my belongings from 2 storage rooms 10x25 and 10x20 to my new house. The movers showed up on time and called 15 minutes before their arrival time to tell me they would be at the storage facility on time. The movers were Keven, Will and Mark. All three movers were polite, professional and personable. Nothing damaged or any problems. They made my hectic day enjoyable. They shared in my excitement of moving after having my belongings in storage for 6 years. I highly recommend Baby Huey's Moving and I will diffidently be recommending them to friends.

Once our crew arrived, they did an outstanding job of working efficiently to move our furniture out of our three-storry townhome. Not only do we have two full flights of stairs + a half flight out to the driveway, but our stairs are angled in such a way that moving furniture down them is extremely difficult and takes a lot of time and care. Our crew did an excellent job prepping the stairs and furniture. At the storage location, again they did an outstanding job in maxmizing our storage space and worked hard to make it all fit in a safe manner. I really was impressed by the two movers and want to give them a big THANK YOU for their hard work, heavy lifting, space saving storage skills, and general pleasant attitudes. I would recommend Baby Huey's services to friends/family and would use them again myself. The only small issue we had was that our crew was delayed in arriving as scheduled, but it was a minimal delay and they more than made up for it with their hard work when they arrived. I also spoke with a manager who was more than willing to send additonal assistance if needed to get our move completed more quickly due to the delay; they did what they could to make it right and that to me, is the best customer service you ask for. I was very happy with Baby Huey's services and am glad we selected them for our move. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks again to our crew! You guys were great!

I'd give this moving company and crew an A+ if the ratings allowed. The crew of Byron, Obinna and Chris were outstanding. They arrived on time. They took excellent care of our possessions, wrapping each piece of furniture with pads and shrink wrap. They were knowledgeable, friendly and tireless. The crew took the time to set up appliances, beds and furniture at our new home. They even took the time late into the evening allow us to try variations of furniture placements. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again or recommend them to a friend.

Showed up early, got right to work, did not waste any time and safely got me moved. Very professional from start to finish.Manny and Arturro were fast, friendly, and efficient. I am using them again this September and glad I found them on Angieslist.

They sent three people out to do the job, Two of them were ok , the third was a joke, all he did was complain. When i contacted the owner of the company about this individual, comment was I cant make them continue to work and finish the job. The job was finally completed a day late, and we still cant find items that they packed.

.The men arrived on time. They proceeded to accomplish the removal of the furniture and boxes, loaded the truck and offloaded the goods at the house. There were no problems.

They are great. I can't say enough about there kindness and patience. It was a huge job but all three people did a great job.

Movers came in and went right to work. they wrapped all of my furniture and took great care of it.

I had an excellent experience with them. I chose them because of the pricing and services they offered. They came in and cleaned up the apartment. It was perfect. They were on time. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, and they went above and beyond that.
