Rekeyed 4 dead locks and 3 conventional locks in about 1 hour Good service, very polite

The man they sent was excellent. Very professional. He explained why we were having problems with the lock that we had. He came promptly and performed the job quickly and efficiently. This is a great company!

They had to re-key and fix every single lock. They were nice and courteous. They didn't try to charge me extra money. They came all the way out from Houston. They were not cheap but very fair.

Locksmith arrived within half hour of call. He unlocked overhead door as well as side door. He worked quickly and professionally.

I called B&B the morning of June 27th and was told that a locksmith was in my area finishing a job and could do the work that day. Matthew arrived shortly afterward and assessed the issue with my front door not locking. He had to reset the striker plates by cutting our a metal plate in the door jamb. He was polite and efficient. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend this company to others.

The locksmith recommended that we select the particular type of lock at their location that would absolutely prevent our grand children from accessing the back yard area that will contain a pool. Once selected, the locks were installed professionally the very same day!

The gentlemen that came out and installed the locks was fantastic. He didn't take very long. The price was very fair. He was wonderful.

The locksmith came on time. The lock has an issue with one of the parts, the locksmith found a replacement part so I did not have to return the lock. He did not charge me for the part and instructed me to call the manufacturer to get a replacement part.

Brian from B&B came out to re-key the locks on my house. The job turned out to be more time consuming than expected because there were screw caps covering the screws on the locks and most of the caps had to be drilled off. Brian was very professional and worked hard to get the screw caps off without damaging the locks and was successful. He also cleaned and oiled all of the locks and showed me how to do some routine maintenance on the locks to keep them working well. The handle set on my front door was sticking and he advised me to call the manufacturer and request some replacement parts. I did not know that these handles and lock had a lifetime warantee and replacement parts would be sent to me for free. I called the hardware manufacturer and requested the parts. Just as Brian, said they were very good to work with and will be sending the replacement parts. When I get the parts arrive I will definitely call B&B to come back out to install them.

We bought a house and needed all the locks rekeyed. Two of the locks had a different key and we wanted to use just a single key on all locks. We called B&B and they sent Matt the same day. He was very professional and friendly. He needed a part and had someone drop it off!! He did an awesome job. I will definitely use them again.

Brian from B & B Locksmith called to confirm the appointment prior to coming to my house. He was professional, very thorough and did a great job. he even explained that the locks I had were still in Homebuilder mode and he corrected that for me. I was impressed by his knowledge and was in and out in a manner of 25 minutes. I will definately use B & B Locksmith again.

I went to B&B Locksmiths based on other reviews on Angie's List. I recently bought a home and wanted ALL of the door hardware changed out. Ron was the one who worked with me from the start - I sent him photos of the inside and outside of each door (and there are a LOT) and he came up with a plan that would make the home secure and make me feel safe. He also helped me pick a finish and was very patient when I waffled for a bit on choosing hardware for the front door! Matthew came out to do the installation. He called ahead of time, was extremely professional and thorough, and spent time explaining everything to me and making sure i didn't have any additional questions. I am exceptionally happy with this company - I would use them again and I highly recommend them

Excellent Service. Went to visit their offices today and was done within 15 minutes. Their offices are clean, professional and they were just down right nice folks. I'll buy all my locks from them.

The gentleman arrived on time and was very friendly. He was great with my two large size dogs which kept me from having to put them up in one of the bedrooms. Immediately he zeroed in on the fact that my front door deadbolt had been installed improperly causing it not to engage fully. He took the time to fix the problem so the lock is now secure. He even went so far as to make sure the door plates matched the lock sets and pointed out an oddity in the door leading to the garage. Most doors swing inward, however this door swung outward to save space in a small kitchen. The frame was cracked which you typically see when someone try's to break in. But with the door's reverse swing it meant that someone had tried breaking out of the house! (Or more likely put a shoulder into the door not realizing the deadbolt was locked.) He reassured me that the integrity of door was not compromised and took the opportunity to remind me of the necessity of always keeping the garage door locked which was much appreciated as a woman living alone. Everything was wrapped up in the time quoted and he left leaving me with four new keys to both sets of locks.

I had three key locks changed (not the knobs) on my entry doors and got two extra keys. Brian was fast, friendly and professional. I thought the price was fair and would highly recommend this company.

They’ve done a lot of things for me in the past with great success, but this time, I was a little put off because the man that they sent out gave me his cell phone number and told me if I needed extra work done, he could handle it on the side for me and I was not comfortable with that.

Did what they promised, on time. Did not overcharge for extra work. Professional and courteous. Would definitely use again.

I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get one set up for the next day. Matthew was the one who came to the home. He was very pleasant, had a cheerful attitude. He called about an hour ahead of time. He arrived at the time I had set up the day before (difficult sometimes in Houston traffic). The 5% off coupon was honored.

Keys worked perfectly, unlike Lowes. Would return again.

I had called the office on Friday - after they were closed. Minutes later, I sent an email thru the Angie's List website. Within 10 minutes, I got a call. Was told they were completely booked up for the next business day, but if I could stay within 20 mins of my home, they'd squeeze me in. Worked like a dream - service person called, I met him at the house - service done!!
