+ -1 moreCalled on Monday and setup the work for Wednesday. Matthew from B & B Locksmiths arrived about 8 minutes early, which is spot on in my book. He talked with us about the job, made a plan and got to work right away. Work was quite efficient and well-planned, overall very professional. We were quite happy with the experience. Pricing was clear and organized, and made sense.
Description of Work: B & B installed a peephole viewer for our garage door and also installed manual deadbolts on four doors. They matched the existing hardware colors even though they were different. Plus they cleaned up a sticky lock.

I figured the safe would be destroyed but he was able to install another lock with a lot of customizing effort. This company is the real deal! I really appreciate it when I find true professionals.

He carefully disassembled all my locks, cleaned and oiled the mechanical parts, and put them back together. I had my house rekeyed and made extra keys cut. He also checked to make sure that my deadbolts were firmly seated in the frame. Quick and thorough job.

The day of, the technician called within the window and arrived within the time he said. He came in and changed all of our locks and also changed a faceplate on our front door for added security. Everything was done timely and they left us with 4 new keys. Great experience!

He fixed it promptly and made sure all parts were in working order and aligned properly. Matt was great and went the extra mile for the customer.
