B & B LOCKSMITHS

Our house was burglarized and a key was taken. B&B came out within one hour of calling them later in the day. It was a pretty simple straightforward job which they did with excellent responsiveness and professionalism. I am extremely pleased. I will use them again if I need them and I recommend them without reservation.

Bryan came out and did a superb job. Everything was explained and the work was fast, efficient, and clean.

I called in the morning to request service and was told someone could come in the next 2-3 hours. He called about an hour later and said he would be here within the next 45 minutes. He arrived in 30 minutes. He was very friendly to me as well as my dogs, but set straight to work. He offered to replace the latch only, but since I had a whole new lock already, I had him replace the whole lock. After he was finished with the lock he went around and adjusted all of our exterior doors, so that they open, close and latch like a dream. (37 year old house) The price was very fair, service was prompt and efficient and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend B & B to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Matthew arrived and was immediately friendly and informative about the process. It took him about 30 minutes from start to finish to rekey the locks and provide me with new keys. I used my Angie's List coupon and received a 5% discount which was nice. Before he left, Matthew showed me that the new keys were nothing like the old ones, and then explained the bill. Overall, a great experience, will definitely call B&B again!

B&B did a great job in a very timely manner. Everything looks great and works perfectly. It cost a little more than I had hoped, but was worth it to get everything done so well.

B&B made it super easy for us, we mailed him the old keys so he could access the home and he went, made them and mailed them back to us. The work and price was exactly as we agreed on and was done very quickly.

I had a special moment and locked my keys in my car. Fortunately I had my phone on me, found B&B down the road from where I was. Got back into my car and had a spare key cut about a week later. Good people, good service, can't ask for anything more.

Matthew arrived on time and was very professional and courteous throughout the job. He really took the extra time to make sure the front door lock set was installed properly and to our complete satisfaction. Now we have all of the locks (including padlocks for gates!) for our recently purchased home on the same key. We would definitely hire again.

It went great. They give me some options, I chose one and they completed the job to my satisfaction.

Matthew arrived on time and was undaunted (:-)) by the scope of the job. He is quite professional and convivial. I showed him where all the doors were and then started unpacking (again). He popped up to ask me about the gates into our backyard (as one of our neighbors has reported an attempted break-in recently, it seemed wise to put some padlocks on the gates), but otherwise went about his business without needing anything from me. He even played ball with our dog in the backyard. So, now we have new keys for everyone in the family (that actually work) and padlocks on the gates that will open with the house key but also extra keys for the gardener which will not open the locks on the house. I'm very happy.

They came out as scheduled to assess the work and came back the following day to install the parts.

Easy to book an appointment and very responsive. I was a little disappointed in the price as the service I needed wasn't nearly as severe as I initially thought, but they knew their stuff and I would use them again.

Absolutely wonderful! Spoke with Ron Boddie on Wed, Jan 29th by phone who gave me estimates of the locks, knobs, service charge. Very friendly, helpful, informative and kind to my senior Mom. We set the appt for today Jan 30 and he sent out his locksmith Brian who arrived promptly at 9:00am. Brian was fantastic!!! I highly recommend not only Ron's Locksmith services, but also his employee Brian! Brian got to work and replaced all the deadbolts and knobs. Brian did a professional job getting the locks in correctly and working. Brian also very friendly :) and we enjoyed very much his company while he worked away :) - I would definitely ask for Brian again :) Once the work was done, the locks worked great! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work on their locks. Thank you Ron and Brian - you are on my A list!!!

I called and set up a appointment and no one showed up or called to say they were not coming. I will never call this company again.

I charge 10$ a cylinder -35$ service fee.....keep in mind , there is a few miles radius for me, while they go all over houston

Recently purchased a house so I had them come out and re-key the locks. They showed up on time, did the job quickly. I didn't get the Angie's List discount since I could not print out the coupon due to all of my belongs were in transit since from the old house. I was still pretty happy with their work.

I called on Thursday they came out same day within a couple hours of my call. Very professional service. Only charged $65 for the service call. I am very happy with the quality of work done and will use them again.

He was very nice, on time, and very professional. He rekeyed my whole house and provided keys for the whole family. He even went the extra mile and repaired locks we asked about at the last minute. This will be the only locksmith we will use in the future.

The technician told us he could rekey one lock to fit the key to another lock and then give us just two keys. We had another service come out that said we would have to have three new keys and would have to rekey both locks. So we were very pleased that B & B took such great care of us and saved us some money. We will use them again when needed.
