Technician showed up on time and made the repair in less than 30 minutes (while also doing a bit of maintenance on the deadbolt itself which I was not charged for).

The guy that came out was great. He finished all tasks in a timely manner and even took the time to clean up after himself once the job was completed. I will be calling them again next time I need something done.

I called at 1230pm and spoke with Dave the manager who was very courteous. He checked his schedule and said he could have a technician out the same afternoon. He said he would call when he had someone on their way, and he did, which was only 30 minutes later. The technician Zach called immediately after Dave to say he was on his way and gave his anticipated arrival time. He was right on time. Zach was very friendly, polite, and professional, and nice to my dog. He asked me how many keys I wanted, got the job done fast, and gave me a some tips about lock maintenance.

Called after requesting assistance on Angie's List, found a lock set that I could use, went over options with me on phone so I could review appearance on manufacturer's website, and got it installed the next morning. Overall got the job done in 2 days, other locksmiths (also well rated on Angie's List) had not even confirmed they could obtain a unit yet. Highly recommend. Professional and quick service.

The Professional at the store,Dave, was extremely knowledgable, and met our needs. The installer, Zac, was very professional, explaining each step of the installation procedure. He cleane up after the drilling etc was complete.

I just bought my house and wanted to rekey. When I called the guy (I believe Dave was his name) was very thorough and kind, letting me know exactly what to expect and how much things would cost. They were available immediately and anytime I wanted. Matt and Travis showed up to my house within 30 minutes, and I could not have been happier with their service: they were skilled, professional, and went well above and beyond what they were expected to. Having just bought the house, they gave me good advice on general security, helped me rotate the locks that we actually upside down (not that I would have ever known that), and even tightened some of the other knobs in my house that didn't even have locks...just to be thorough and helpful. When they suggested I eventually add a deadbolt to my garage-entrance door and why, I was sold on the idea but thought that would be another visit and would be something I would get around to. Instead, they said they could easily do it then and there and all of it was for a very reasonable price...especially considering how long they were in my house doing such a complete, thorough job. I will fully use them again any time I could.

He did an excellent job and cleaned up after himself. 5-star rating. I did get my Angie's list coupon discount but forgot to ask for the senior citizen discount. Make sure you ask up front for your discount if you are a senior citizen.

The owner/manager of this company realized my need for near immediate service and he did not fail me. Nor did he send some bozo out to handle this job. B&B made a one hour long assessment of my needs for their services, matched it to the hardware already installed to preserve the integrity of the home, was able to procure a quantity of quality locks, and schedule sensitive personnel completely that day. Laughing... even Amazon Prime could not have gotten it to me quicker or cheaper, let alone... have provided me with such sensitive / experienced workers. The job was complete within 3 days and the hardware looks like it was installed during original construction. Hats off to M and Z and B&B!

It was great. I was happy with them. They did a great job and they did it quickly. They were prompt. They got over here and did it for me. I've used them more than once. I just paid what I needed to pay to get the job done. They did everything great. It turned out fine.

We wanted to rekey the locks to our newly purchased home. The service provider arrived on time. The job was professionally done. The person who did the job was courteous, friendly and answered all questions that we asked. We are new to the katy area the city and the country. Hence a lot of our questions went beyond just the keys. The gentleman was really helpful, patient and answered all of them. He did an excellent job of rekeying within an hour. I mentioned that I got him on Angie's list and he gave us the 5% discount that they advertise for. We would definitely recommend this service provider and use him in the future.

I broke a key off in our front door lock. My husband tried to replace it, but the deadbolt became stuck and we couldn't open the door. B&B came out Saturday afternoon and replaced the lock. The work was well done. He showed up within the time frame that was quoted over the phone. Excellent provider, and I would use this company again.

I called B&B the morning after a break in and robbery of our house. A man at B&B took details and promised to have a locksmith at our house within an hour or so, and that he would call first to let us know he was coming. Within the hour, Matthew called to say he was on his way; he arrived about 15 minutes later. Matthew re-keyed all the locks, replaced the back door knob/unit, lubricated and adjusted the mechanisms, and even tightened some loose hinges. Matthew is very professional and kind. The doors work great and we are more at peace now that the locks have been changed. B&B Locksmiths is an excellent company and I will do business with them and highly recommend them!
