They were fabulous.

I needed to have a dead pine tree removed from my front yard and was contemplating on who I was going to call. Well, as luck would have it, Arbormaster apparently saw the tree and left a written proposal on my door detailing how much it would cost to remove the tree, grind the stump, and haul away the debris. Arbormaster even quoted a price on replacement trees and had several suggestions on the type of trees. I called them on a Saturday, set up the service and by Weds of the following week the tree was removed. They were prompt, efficient and did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess. Even better was the price I paid for the service compared to another tree I had removed a couple of months ago. I have found my tree service! I will definitely use Arbormaster again and will call them later this year, when it gets cooler, to have replacement trees planted. Thank you Arbormaster! Thank you Angie's List!

Excellent work. The trees look amazing. The owner Paul Chalker was on site and made sure that everything went great. They were in and out in an hour. Very professional and courteous.

Paul Chalker is the owner. He was punctual, the yard was cleaned up and I was very satisfied. I will call Arbormaster again in the future.

I wanted to be home for the estimate so we set up an appointment and he called before he came to make sure I was home. Turns out I had a conflict and had to reschedule, which he happily agreed to do. Spent as much time as I wanted answering my questions when he came for the estimate. Gave me a 3 day window when he thought he could get to it, and completed the work in that window. Many of these trees are around a swimming pool and he cleaned up so well that I couldn't tell there had been any work done at all. Great job.

I called and left a message on Mon. 5/18 requesting a call back. Paul called me back within thirty minutes. I told him what I was looking for and he said he would be by my house that same day and leave an estimate for the job. When I got home from work there was an estimate on the front porch for the job. I thought it was very reasonable so I called him back the following day to set up the job. He told me he could get the job done by the end of the week, but I asked him if he could wait until the following Tuesday 5/26 since I would be off of work that day. He was happy to accommodate me. His crew showed up on Tues. afternoon and in a little over an hour had the job finished. That included the pruning as well as the clean up. The yard looked wonderful when the crew left.

Very pleased with all of the work. The owner came out the next day to view and quote on the work. The work started the day after we accepted the price. They had a large crew so the work when quickly and supervisor that spoke English. When I asked if they could do some additional grinding of one stump, they completely complied even though they were breaking down their equipment.

Great. I had requested that they work around, and preserve, a nest, and they did. They showed up when expected, and finished within a few hours.

First time I used this firm. In terms of trees, they did good job. I specifically requested a call day prior to service, and that limbs be pruned that approach house and cut back. I also requested understanding that no climbing would be necessary on entry way platform that extends out above entry door (under tree). Workers arrived with a different lead representative who was unaware of desire to cut back further branches approaching house, and worker attempted to climb on ledge which was specifically requested to not occur with salesman due to cooper pan which could be easily damaged. Workers arrived without call day before, as requested. The work performed was good, and they returned the next day to honor my request on limbs approaching house. The logistics between salesperson and the crew is poor, in my experience. If you do not have special requests or need prior notice, then no problem and work was fine.

Crew was quick and did a great job on all aspects. Neighborhood association hired them for some work on my recommendation. That also went well.

I can never remember the guys name so I just call him "the tree guy." The same guy always comes, and he is so nice and has a great sense of humor. The work he does is excellent and everything always looks great and is finished in a timely manner. I am very pleased, and I am going to continue to use Arbormaster for a long time.
