They are good, they do what they said they would do, We really liked them. They really do a good work on trees.

Paul, the owner, was very knowledgeable and professional. He advised us on how to proceed with the root situation. Pricing was right. The crew was professional, polite, efficient and they did a great job. They cleaned up neatly after the job. The trees looked a lot better after the trimming and pruning. They deep-root fertilized both trees and removed some surfaced roots for both of our oak trees. We will definitely use them again.

We have used Arbormaster Tree Service for eight years and feel like they do a good job of trimming trees and cleanup. The rates they charge are competitive, and the service is done in a very professional manner. Paul and his crews are top notch.

He was on time did what I asked and cleaned up well.

Excellent job. Paul followed up with me, and always answered any questions I had. Even a year after planting, he came by to check on the condition of the trees and make sure that I was caring for them properly. It has been almost 6 years now and they are healthy and growing to the height and width he advised me they would. I am very happy with the choice he suggested.

I called the owner, Paul Chalker, on Tuesday morning about an estimate for trimming my trees. He said he would come by in about an hour. An hour later he was here and looked at what I wanted done and provided me with an estimate that I accepted as very reasonable. I had the same trees trimmed a few years back and he was in line with what I had paid before. He said he could do the work the next day and would be back around 10:30 to start and would finish the same day. He and his crew were here at 10:30 and finished up 5:00 PM. They did a great job of trimming and cleaning up all of the debris. I will call him again for tree service. He is very knowledgeable regarding trees having been in the business all of his life. His father was in the tree trimming business all of his life. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Paul & crew have trimmed our trees in the past (2006). I have used other tree services in the interim years and must admit Paul's work is exceptional in comparison. Our Bradford Pears were in neglect & very leggy. They are now looking great & taking on the lollipop shape once again.

Paul quoted the work which I was happy with after reading other reviews on AL. I called and asked him to schedule me which was going to be a few days later. Paul's guys arrived and did a great job of removing limbs and making my front / side yards look cleaner and brighter. I will use them again.

Nothing went. He brushed me off. update: I'm Changing my rating from an F to a C because my husband had him out to do our trees last year and everything went well.

Paul came to my house and gave a quick estimate. It was much less than I expected, and I contracted the work immediately. Paul and his crew were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and even offered advice for future plantings. I am extremely happy with the work, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs tree service.

They came out, looked at the tree, and left me the suggested treatment and a price for the treatment. I requested the treatment, paid the minimal bill, and the tree is FINALLY showing growth! Thanks, guys. I will use them again!

Called Paul on Friday to schedule the job for the following week. He had an opening in the afternoon. His crew had the trees cut down, cut up, stumps ground up and done in less than 4 hours. Other than the patch where the stump of the pine trees used to be you cannot tell that his crew had been working in my yard!

Showed up promptly. Did exactly as promised. Cleaned up afterwards. Nice guys. Had great advice and I plan to use them to plant some trees in the future.

They did a very good job and didn't leave a mess.

Paul came out and gave me an estimate on the same day I called and it was way lower than 3 others I got for taking down a large tree, grinding the stump and planting a new large tree in the same hole. They did it all in one day and really did a good job cleaning up. He is very knowledgable and guaranteed my new tree for 1 year. This was one of my better consumer experiences!

Paul responded to my phone call immediately. He offered to come right over since he was nearby, and true to his word, he was here within 15 to 20 minutes. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and his pricing for a variety of services we need are even better than we'd hoped ffor. I can see why so many friends that are long time Katy residents do not hesitate to recommend him. I will look no further, he is definitely the man for the various needs we have here.

I got a call from the owner apologizing for not getting back to me. He'd listened to the message while on a job and my name/number got lost in his job notes. He was very apologetic and hoped that I'd found someone good to do the work. I give him an A for his genuine concern for his customers.

Arbormaster Tree Service is AMAZING. The owner is super nice and professional.The workers are the real deal climbing up to the tops of 60 foot trees, climbing out on limbs and doing an unbelievably thorough job. They cleaned up every twig and leaf left behind and even cleaned the debris and leaves that fell into the pool. I have used other companies over the years and been overcharged for superficial tree trimmings.and they left debris behind and trashed foliage.I had planned to trim only one tree but when he gave me the initial low estimate for the one tree, I said to myself, and quot;Let's do them all.and quot; .This is the Katy, Texas tree guy you want to hire. Very fair estimate and kept to it. They spent 6.5 hours working and charged me just $750! That is an incredibly fair deal for a 4-man crew with that type of expertise and equipment. I will never let anyone else touch my trees.

Everything was fine. They cleaned up well and did a good job.

Paul, the owner of Arbormaster, met with me the day before to give the estimate for the job, an overgrown ash that was requiring a good lopping. I've used Arbormaster Tree Service once before and had no problem having the crew out at the residence at a time when I would not be there. When I returned to the house the next day, I found the tree was well trimmed and the yard itself was completely cleaned of any debris. Paul said that he'd contact my neighbor, and, if his crew could gain access, would clean up the debris in her yard as well. A peek over the fence showed nary a twig on her lawn. Excellent job.

I contacted Arbormaster via email on a Thursday with my contact info, and Paul responded back within a few hours via telephone. He committed to get by my house to quote the job the next day. On Saturday he followed up with me for a quote to trim 3 large oaks,a mulberry tree, small pine and magnolia, as well as remove all debris from that trimming and two 8and quot; stumps that were in the front yard. I accepted the job, and he committed to Monday to perform the work. I showed up a noontime from work, and he met me to review the job and give me a copy of the quote. His 3 guys showed up around 1pm, and worked all afternoon on the trimming. I showed back up after work, met him at the job which was just finishing up and paid him for the work. In addition to doing the quoted work, he also pulled one very small stump in the backyard, as well as ran some piles of old branches and such through his chipper as well. I am extremely pleased, and asked him to solicit me in a couple years for the and quot;regularand quot; trimming of these trees so they dont get out of control again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in their service area

The entire process went very well. Paul showed up as agreed and provided bid that was very fair. Crew came a week later at 7:30 and were done within 2 hours. Very professional, careful around surrounding landscaping and cleaned up site. Will definitely use them again.

Paul is friendly, cuteous, prompt and responsive. He gave a bid on my rental property the day I called him.. I hired him 2 weeks later. He was there on time and with his crew ready to work. He was there when his crew started, and he was there when his crew finished. In between he would go out and bid or inspect other jobs. My job took about 6 hours. His crew was friendly and worked efficiently. My neighbor liked the work he did on my Ash tree so he hired Arbormaster as well. His Ash tree was much bigger than mine and needed more work. He paid $325. I had Paul bid my personal residence as well. He gave me a price of $550 to deep root feed two live oaks and pruned them. He removed a giant crape myrtle and bradford pair that was too close to the house. Trimmed an elm tree in the back and removed two clusters of white burch that were deseased and dieing. All stumps were ground down and cleaned up.
