Description of Work: a few days before closing on our house, the movers backed into the rain gutter on the front of our house; crushed it. I started calling companies and ACS we the only one that said they could get out there and fix it no later than our close date on that Friday. They showed up Thursday morning and fixed it perfectly!! It was awesome! They did what they said they would do and my husband and I were so grateful!!!

Description of Work: Re-mounted garage safety beam (after several collisions with child's tricycle), replaced deteriorated wooden joint in driveway, changed a couple of light switches, re-caulked sink, and inspected roof and stucco. They did a good job, and noticed some issues with my roof that I will raise with my builder, as it is still under warranty.

Description of Work: We met for two hours to discuss my home remodeling project. Afterwards, we agreed to work out a contract n the details. Then he just disappeared. I waited n wait n he didn't respond my phone calls. He wasted my time n expectation. Very irresponsible!
