It took longer to finish each job than what was stated. I'm concerned about writing too much about the service, but I wasn't very happy with the quality.

- They were able to handle a variety of different tasks for me. - The job required them to schedule time on site for different days. They were always there when scheduled. - They were respectful to my tenants. - Very professional. - All in all I was pleased with the experience and will use them again in the future.

My fan was new but had not been working in many months. The main issue was my 20 foot ceiling, which made the area difficult, but Gerald and his assistant were able to diagnose the problem (faulty remote connection in the base of the fan). He fixed the problem and now the fan operates. Both men were professional, polite and on time. I thought the cost of the services was reasonable and I plan to have them back for other projects.

They were very prompt and professional. I feel like the leak was repaired and a timely manor and they did a get job of cleaning up after they finished. My only disappointment was the price... I feel like for the amount of work that was done plus the materials and labor they were somewhat over priced although you get what you pay for and they did a very good job.

Requested estimate via email and received a prompt call. Appointment scheduled and Gerald arrived on time. Professional and courteous. Will use this service again.

Contacted ACS to get an estimate for repairing a whole in the wall. Left a message and received a phone call back right away. I was able to make an apppointment for the estimate fairly quickly. Gerald arrived at the appointed time and was able to repair the hole the same day. He was datailed in his explanation of what needed to be done. The cost was very reasonable and I was pleased with the job performance.

We were in the process of remodeling and Gerald worked professionally around the other activity. He estimated 3 days to complete all of our projects and except for returning for 1/2 hour on the fourth day because I needed one last thing, he completed as estimated even though we asked more of him as time went on. I liked that he could do whatever it was I asked of him and did it well. I was prepared to explain whatever I needed but he had it practically done before I finished asking him to do it! He does almost anything and since we can no longer "diy" it is quite a relief to know we have someone to call when needed. I will call Gerald again...I've already begun another list.

Contacted provider on Angies List by message, and received a prompt call back to set up a visit for a sink cabinet repair on Sat 09/2. Gerald said he would arrive between 9am-12pm, and never showed up, and not even a phone call to reschedule appointment. I waisted my Sat morning waiting for him to show. Won't be calling this company again, moving on to next place on my list. Unprofessional!

We trust him and he’s like our overall handyman. Honestly he’s the one we call and we don’t call anybody else to do stuff like this. He’s that good and we would recommend him to anybody. We will definitely use him again in the future.

Gerald returned our phone calls promptly, arrived on date & time he said. Very knowledgeable & explained everything he needed to do before hand.

Did a very good job. When new problem was discovered in work process, installed new joint without asking an arm and leg. Very professional. I was very pleased overall. Would definitely hire again.

Gerald started the job on Thursday and finished up on Friday. He was professional and thorough. Gerald La Forest has done plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall and miscellaneous jobs on our home in recent years and we've always been delighted with his skill, honesty and fair prices. After a recent electrical storm caused an electrical circuit in our home to fail we thought we were in for a costly rewiring job, but Gerald suggested a simply alternative that worked just as well and cost nothing. It's that kind of personal integrity that makes him our first choice when home repairs or upgrades of any kind are needed.

Work was performed expertly and on time as promised by an intelligent, competent and personable craftsman. We are completely satisfied with all aspects of the job.
