He suggested that if we can live with it, that we should just do some cosmetic repairs. He even made some suggestions on how best to make these repairs by not just spackling, but actually replacing sections of drywall since the points were already weak. I really appreciated the honesty and feedback on how best to proceed."

We told Brian in October 2023 that we wanted a portion of the money back so we could hire someone to fix it. He came out, said he would get back to us that week. Nothing. 4 months later we messaged again and got no response. At this point, we are done and have held off with the review until now."
