Looked on Angie's List for a plumber after I woke up to a mess in my kitchen. This was pretty stressful for me considering I was having a dinner party in the evening. Found a coupon for Ken Dixon plumbing. Called the company explained the problem and asked if they could get there that morning as it was an emergency. They were able to schedule me for late morning. Then Sherri called me and said they had an earlier opening and were able to fit me in. Richard came over and replaced my food disposal. He was quick, courteous, and didn't leave a mess in my kitchen. He even took the time to answer some plumbing questions about a future renovation project in my main bathroom. I will definitely use Ken Dixon plumbing for my future plumbing needs! The Angie's List coupon was a worth the price!

One evening we inadvertently broke a water pipe trying to disconnect our washer as we prepared to move out of state. We had to turn off our water entirely and were totoally without water. The next morning I called early (7:30 a.m.) and my call for help was answered by a very pleasant and helpful woman. She heard my story of woe (i.e., moving in 3 days, broken pipe, no water, lots of stress, barely hanging onto my sanity, etc) and was able to schedule service that morning. Richard, the service guy showed up that morning. He quickly & efficiently fixed the problem, leaving very little mess and a much happier me. I highly recommend these folks as they are as professional as they are friendly. Thanks!

We awoke in the morning to discover that we had only a slight trickle of water in the house, a flooded front yard and a spinning water meter. We clearly had a broken water line between the house and the water meter. To make matters worse, it had been raining and the forecast was for more heavy rain. After shutting off the water, and based on our previous excellent experience with Ken Dixon Plumbing, we contacted them about our emergency. Richard arrived within 90 minutes, after calling us to tell us he was on the way. Because of the rain, we were afraid that locating the break was going to be difficult. However, after turning on the water and observing the ground, Richard located the general area of the break. After some investigative excavations, he pin pointed the location of the break - right in the middle of a landscaping bed and under a tree. After digging out the pipe, which was extremely difficult due to the number of roots and rocks, and the weather conditions, he exposed and repaired the break and cleaned up the repair area. Richard does a great job. He does not mess around. From the time he arrives until the time he departs, he is working, but is very courteous, professional and honest. We highly recommend this company for their responsive, professional, courteous and honest service and extremely reasonable prices. We would not hesitate to use them again and will when the need arises.

The repairman, Richard, showed up right on time. Very punctual. Right off, I was very impressed with his professionalism. I explained the problems that I was having and he went straight to work on it. Overall it took him about 45 minutes to complete the repair and installation of the filter unit. He did an excellent job. He advised me that he would take care of any future plumbing needs.Great job Richard. The install works great. The price of the repair was reasonable. I have used this company on 3 occasions and would not hesitate to call them again. I live in a mobile home and Ken Dixon Plumbing are the only ones that will respond to me. The rest of the companys will not work on mobile homes so don't bother calling them. Ken Dixon is very good and their quality of service is excellent. I will call them again. Thank you.

Our pipe underneath the sink was leaking and although we suspected the garbage disposal, we needed to have it evaluated and repaired. We called Ken Dixon first thing on a Monday morning and the service technician arrived within a couple of hours. He was pleasant, professional, diagnosed the problem correctly and had a new garbage disposal installed within minutes.

Highly Recommend. I have been dealing with roots in the sewer line for years due to a broken pipe under the slab. I put off repairs because I had estimates from 2,500 to $15,000 to repair. After reading the reviews on AL I decided to give Ken Dixon a call. Simply put - they were honest and did a great job. I now have two working toilets again and could not be happier with their service.

Our phone call to Ken Dixon Plumbing was handled courteously and professionally. We were told that a plumber would contact us shortly. We received a call back from a plumber in less than 3 minutes indicating that he would get here just as soon as he could. Richard arrived about 90 minutes later. He promptly excavated the area and located a crack in the pipe. From start to finish, including a trip to town to get a part, excavation, repair and backfilling took 2 hours. Provided discount as an Angies List member. Fast, friendly, fair and professional repair and service - service the way it should be. Recommend highly and will use again next time we have a plumbing issue.

From start to finish......excellent.

Two plumbers showed up to repair root damage to my main sewer line cleanout. I was a bit worried at first because they were two young kids (probably early 20s). But they did a great job in triple digit summer heat. There was a large shrub with deep roots that made it very difficult to access the pipe (the shrub was responsible for the damage in the first place, so we had them remove that). Also, the cleanout was very close to the foundation, so they had to chip into the foundation to gain access to the pipe. They never went above the estimate despite having to work roughly 1 1/2 hours more than they had first thought. Long story short: Roto-Rooter estimated the job at $1400. Ken Dixon plumbing did it for $350. If I ever have another plumbing problem, I know who to call.

It is refreshing to have someone working in your home who is considerate of the surroundings and takes the time to minimize the mess. Honest, reputable and do it right the first time! Highly recommend.

Our house was a foreclosure so needed a lot of plumbing service. This was our second estimate and was $1400 less than another company. They didn't charge to come out for the estimate and while there, they fixed an outdoor leak without charging us. They came out promptly and the work done was excellent and as stated above, affordable. I would definitely hire them again.

Same day call and quick service for a leak under bathroom sink, of a home under contract to sell & close that day. Appreciated the prompt response, can-do attitude, reasonable and fair fee, and resulting A+ repair. Programmed this company into my phone contacts for future needs! Other big-companies called from the internet had a 24-48 hr backlog to get there, so I checked Angie's List and recognized Ken Dixon Plumbing's name from many years here locally, and their high scores prompted me to call.

Very well. I've used Ken Dixon plumbing several times for various jobs in the past, and every time I'm happy with the work and the price. I've gotten estimates for jobs from other plumbers, and have always gone with Ken Dixon. By the way, they didn't mount the toilets that kept working loose, I did, and finally gave in to letting a professional do it. My family is glad I did.

Mike looked at it for about 20 minutes and decided that the best thing to do was to get an appropriately sized replacement key and try it. If that wouldn't work, I am to call him back. There was no charge for the service. Although I expected to pay a service charge, he said there was none. But if I required future plumbing service to consider calling him first. Top notch service. Top rated professionalism. I would not hessitate to call him again.

The Dixon Plumbing plumber arrived on time, quickly grasped the problem, said how it could be corrected, and then proceeded to correct the problem with a minimum of wasted time. Very satisfied with his performance.
