Very good. Put in dual shutoff, for dishwasher and sink. Was hard to get at under the sink, but he handled it.

Tommy was fantastic! He arrived on time, and accomplished all projects in a very timely manner. I believe that he was here for only about an hour. Very personal, accurately accessed the project requirements and completed everything that was required. I have used Ken Dixon Plumbing previously and would do so again!

They came out quickly to bid the job. I had to call a couple times to get the estimate. I set the start date and they started on time. The job went well, they took care not to damage anything on the property and a nice job of cleanup.

Everything went very smoothly with no problems. The same nice gentleman who installed my disposal also installed a new water softener. I have used Ken Dixon Plumbing for several years and have never had any problems whatsoever. If I'm told they will have to call me back then in a very short time they call. I've always had prompt service and will always call them for my plumbing needs.

Communication, service and installation were great. We were very pleased.

I have used Ken Dixon Plumbing in the past. They always provide excellent service. The plumber they sent could not have been nicer. He installed the kitchen faucet one way...and when I changed my mind, he happily changed it for me. I told him I was donating my old toilets and he took them all apart and put them in the boxes that the new toilets came in. I had a Moen replacement part for my powder bath sink. He let me know that it was the wrong part, and offered to speak to Moen when I called them to let them know what part I needed. I have one more toilet to replace and a few little fixes on some other faucets, I will be calling Ken Dixon Plumbing for those jobs as well.

I called on Tuesday, June 30. They could have someone at my house the next day but it didn't work for my schedule so we went with today (July 2). Appointment was for between 10a-12pm. Tommy arrived within that window, as promised. We explained the problems and talked through options. Problems: Loud vibrating noise happening in the walls behind the commode in the half-bath. Constantly running water in all three toilets. Kitchen faucet needs to be replaced or fixed. He listened to us, inspected the equipment and explained options before starting work. We agreed to the work listed above and that he would work on the faucet for as much as the hour would allow. It's been two hours since he left and there is no more loud vibration noise in the pipes in our walls, none of the toilets are draining water and the kitchen faucet is much easier to operate. The service was good, quick, kind and informative. I hope that I have found a company that I can continue to use and refer to my friends when they need a good plumber.

Called and scheduled service after two very highly rated (top 2) Angie's List Plumber failed to provide the level service that Angie's List says they do. One of the other plumbers, can out started the work and left, while giving me a estimated price that was more than twice what I paid with Ken's. Tommy came out on time! Right off I could tell this guy will get the job done. 30 minutes later, he was done and ready to go to the next job! Tommy and his helper was very professional cleaned up their mess and put the tub/show back together after the last plumber did not finish the job. I highly recommend everyone calling Ken's. The staff was very friendly every time I talked to them too. GREAT JOB!

They ran a little late due to taking longer than expected at their prior service call, which was the final plumbing inspection for a newly built home. I have used Ken Dixon Plumbing several times previously, I am VERY happy with the service that hey provide. They are usually accommodating about getting me into their schedule. The new water heater was installed without incident. In addition, I find that the plumbers that have been assigned to our house have all been professional and VERY nice to deal with!!

I had an appointment between 10:00 and 12:00. They did not arrive within that time frame so I called them. They said that the plumber that was assigned to my job got delayed at the job before mine. They sent another guy to do the job. When he arrived he explained to me that the Delta faucet in my parents home was very old and he was not sure that he would be able to do the work without possibly breaking the valve. He explained that if the valve was to break in the process he would have to make a hole in the adjoining bedroom wall to replace the valve if it was to break. I was very appreciative that he explained that there was a possibility that this might happen. I told him to go ahead and do the work and if it was to break I understood that he would have to put a hole in the wall to fix it. He was able to rebuild the inside of the faucet and it did not break...so I was very happy. He replaced all of the trim. He told me that he did not change out the bottom drain, as that was the original one that fit perfectly in the tub enclosure spot for it and the one I had would not have fit perfectly like that one did. I was so thankful that he thought about that and decided not to change it because it does fit perfectly and matches the new stuff, so it looks fine. It would have been horrible to have one that did not fit in there properly. Appreciate it so much that he thought about that and left it in. I have a kitchen faucet in my home that needs replaced and I hope to use Daniel from Ken Dixon plumbing for that job as well. He was very nice and did a good job!

Water pressure inside the house is awesome. Sprinkler system works great.

Repairman was on time and professional. Explained the repair as he was working. Have Dixon Plumbing in the past and have always been very satisfied with their service.

I called and explained about my water heater and asked when they could replace it. The lady said she would have to check to see if they had a water heater in stock and would call me back in a few minutes. She did as she said and they came out before 10am the next morning. Everyone was so nice and the very nice gentlemen who replaced the heater took the time to let me ask questions and answered them all. Before they got to my house I had to move some things that would have been in the way and he even offered to help me move them all back. In the very near future I will be calling them to install a new water softner.

I know this is long but you need to get the whole picture. Btw, this was many years ago and I just recently became an AngiesList customer. I tried to file a BBB report at the time but they would not accept it since I had someone else finish the work - LIKE I WANTED KEN TO COME BACK - NO WAY! We have a septic system with black and gray water tanks. Here are the main isses, not all: 1. I caught Ken plumbing the house as black water only. If I had not caught this our black water drain field would have been severely undersized and no telling what that would have cost me to fix. 2. the black water tank has 2 ports. One from the garage, and one for the house. I caught Ken attempting to connect the sewer line from the house into the existing line from the gargage instead of connecting to the other port on the tank (designated for the house). I told told him NOT to break the existing line and tap into it but to use the other port on the tank. After I left and went to work Ken finished the job and when I got home the line was covered up with dirt and he was gone. A couple of years later the sewer line from the house to the tank clogged up so bad I had to call Ken to come out and snake. He never returned my phone calls. So I had to call another plumber. 6 months later same thing. 3 months later same thing. I began to notice a pattern. 6 weeks later same thing. This time I told the plumber we need to video the line. (btw, I had poured a sidewalk over this line about 6 months after we moved into the house). He did and video showed it was all broken up. The plumber had to dig under the sidewalk to expose the line and guess what he found?! Ken tapped into the existing sewer line from the garage (after I told him NOT to do that) and covered it up before I got back from work to check so we wouldn't know. Not only that, but the plumber doing the work was shocked by the sloppy work that was done. He said it looked like the line was put together with "left over fittings from other jobs" and showed it to me before he did any repairs. It looked like a pretzel. On top of that the plumber said most of it was not even glued together. Kens major screw up cost me $1000's. I should have sued him. Beware!!!

de in my opinion.Two months later, as they had cautioned us, the kitchen faucet started leaking again. I purchased a faucet and contacted them to replace the old one. They came in and charged about $165 to replace the faucet, which was a little on the high side, in my opinion.

Installer was there on time. He installed the dishwasher and replaced a leaking valve under the sink. He was very professional and courteous. He did a great job. I have used Ken Dixon Plumbing 3 or more times and they have always been responsive. I will always call them if I need a plumber. I can depend on their service.

When the plumber came out, he didnt have the right pipe to do the job. I think this was because of a miscommunication on our part. However, despite the fact that we suffered from a hard freeze a few days later and they were swamped with frozen pipe repairs in the ensuing days, they managed to come back out and finish the job to our satisfaction. I would hire them again

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. There was a problem with dispatch and they didn't show up the first time like they said they were going to. There was a miscommunication but they took care of the problem and came out the next day first thing in the morning. There were no additional charges. I would recommend them.

We love the company. Every time I've used them, I've asked for Richard because he is great. They are really good, dependable, fast and inexpensive. I like all the things. Richard came out both times and he is very friendly. I really like him. He had to dig a big hole to try and find where the break was. He got dirty and filthy but he found it and fixed it. It was very inexpensive. I actually thought it was going to cost a whole lot more, but it didn't. The price was very reasonable because my husband kept saying, "Man, is that all he charged?" I said, "Yeah" and he goes, "Cool! That's great." My husband thought it was going to be a lot more with all the time the guy spent and the labor digging it and finding it. You could see the water coming up from the ground, but you couldn't really see where the pipe was. He dug it up and covered it all up. I have no complaints. There wasn't one thing bad, not one thing. I've told my neighbors about him too. I said, "If ever you want a good plumber call him."

Fantastic! The tech that came was very polite and respectful. Will use them again for sure.

Competent and completed the job in the 2 hour limit of the Angie's list deal that I purchased.

July 2013 -- We had a slow draining sewer line. The clean out access outside could not be located, but the plumber put his camera in the line to the point of the roots causing the clog. He located the camera with his detector outside -- which was under a bush. I dug up the bush, and dug down to the pipes to save on plumbing labor. The roots had gotten in at a failed joint. He came back after I had it all dug out, and had the news pipes installed in about 2 hours total. He did a good quick job, very professional. Yes I would recommend Ken Dixon Plumbing. They do more new construction, but still do residential repairs.

It went very well. We purchased PRV and valve. Plumber was on-time, nice, experienced, and doing good job. We appreciate he finished the job on such cold rainy day. The price is reasonable. Angie's List Big Deal saved us money, too.
